Very spacious apartment with great views of the Marina. Great central location for walking around Swansea. Close to restaurants and Museums. If you like Pancakes recommend you try Missys on opposite side of Marina.
Host doesn't respond to messages left on booking.com. Was close to cancelling booking as had no communication from him on a couple of earlier questions. On day of Booking though communication was excellent through Whats App, with detailed instructions for access to building.

The location was excellent . We went to a concert at the Arena which was 5 minutes walk. The view was lovely. The bed was very comfortable.
The check in was a bit 'hit and miss'. Twice i was told that we couldn't communicate with them due to the connection. We were late in checking in as the apartment was still being cleaned. There were a couple of things that needed attention: the window in the bedroom was broken and so couldn't be opened, the blind had pieces missing in the bedroom and the door onto the balcony was a little unsafe, There was some attention to detail which was spoilt by these things.
