Great choice for our 1st stay in Swansea.

Great communication from owner before arrival. Property was accessible through a coded main front door system in the apartment block, with the use of a lift or stairs and conveniently located near the Marina and Swansea Bay with the town in walkable access. Apartment was clean and comfortable, plenty of kitchen items available, ample space for 4 adults (2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms). Car parking space also provided.

High ceilings , great location for Swansea, and decent wifi.

Easy to access, I like the entry code combination door, probably one of the few that was easy to use, standard building door code, and a very solid flip up apartment door code and this meant no worries about everyone having a door key or door cards. It was easy to park, there was good 70+mbs wifi, lovely high ceilings and modern new furnishing. Nice kitchen facilities, welcome drinks. Plenty of bathroom and toilet facilities. The location is nice within a very short walk to the beach and the marina as well as a short walk to town.

Was a really lovely place to say, no complaints at all. If you would like an idea on improving, perhaps some fancy dual usb & 3pin power sockets in the bedrooms and just some more free power sockets. There are a couple of sockets in every bedroom and living room, just not always free on both sides of the beds as there are things plugged in already and they are quite far from the sofa. Of course, it's also such a nice big room with a nice big sofa and most people will bring their own charges anyway.

Apartment is in an excellent location and was very clean basics just need some attention.

We had to contact hosts for info re key collection. They then sent some details and said they would send door code on day of arrival. This never arrived so I had to contact them again so we were not impressed with service.

Basics in apartment need attention. There were no bins in apartment apart from one in bathroom or washing up liquid. Shower was very poor and we only had two hand towels and very small bath towel for two of us for five days.

Recommend for couples or family. Not good distance if elderly staying unless you have a car.

It had just about everything you needed. easy access, it was very old but they have really tried to jazz it up and it was good for the price and secure and private.

Needed tongs, there were only 3 teabags left and two coffee bags so more tea and coffee and milk would have been good. Instructions to work the tv would have been handy as it took us ages to get something on the screen but then we didn’t know how we did it! On booking.com it makes you think the room is at the other end of the buildings which would have been better for us! That was deceiving and quite annoying as I was trying to get accommodation that suited my elderly mum better.

Lovely decor with 2 lovely comfy beds & 2 bathrooms - very handy with a teenager. The location was perfect and instructions to get in were easy to understand. The apartment was very clean and there were some toiletries left for use. We felt safe here and would stay again.

The one thing I missed was having a mirror near to a plug socket as I wasn't able to see when drying my hair. A dishcloth would have been useful to wipe down the worktops after preparing food. These are only small issues.

Very good stay

Great location in the marina. Pleasantly furnished. Good selection of local restaurants and bars.

Minor issues; Freezer could not be used as iced up, needs de-frosting! Should have been checked at change over. No bin in kitchen. Would have been useful to have a place to hang coats in the hall.
