The location was amazing. Stunning view of Swansea bay.
First impression from the outside on the beach side of the building was ' eek .... what have I done!' The entire building looked extremely run down. However, the inside of the appartment and view made up for that. The bed was extremely hard. Not good. The balcony needs a little TLC The wood is rotting along the top of the railing and the table slats are broken. ( an entire drink fell straight off the table!)

The location and the views were fantastic
It was not as clean as other apartments we have stayed in. There was a damp smell in the master bedroom. The towels were non-absorbant and the dishwasher did not work and was difficult to access.
