Excellent base for exploring Swansea

Excellent location for exploring Swansea and attending a show at the Arena. We didn't use the car at all during our stay as we could easily walk where we needed to go. Lovely apartment well suited to a family of four with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Lots of lovely touches around the place too. Apartment is on the 4th floor, it was quiet and had great views over the marina and nice high ceilings. Very clear communication from the host both in advance and when we were staying. Very easy to find, park and check in and out.

If we were to be really really picky the kitchen could use just a few more things - we were going to cook but couldn't find any baking trays or items like pyrex bowls to heat things up in the microwave. Also there was a switch in the kitchen for a dishwasher but we couldn't find one...?

Amazing

Amazing place! So clean and beautifully kept — it smelt lovely the entire time we were there. It had absolutely everything you could need and was in the perfect location. So relaxing, and we had an amazing night’s sleep. The hosts were so friendly and helpful; my dad accidentally left his coat behind, and they kindly made arrangements for me to collect it. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay — highly recommend!

Great apartment in good location

The apartment was very well appointed and was in a good location. It was on the top floor looking out over the marina. The 2 bedroom apartment was very good for 2 couples and we all enjoyed our stay.

The restaurants and shopping facilities are about 10 minute walk. I was required to provide a security deposit and payment for parking outside of the original booking.

We loved it, our daughter said 'can we live here instead of going home?'

Great location and lovely apartment fully equipped with everything you need for a long (or short) stay, just buy your food and you are good to go!! Great views from the apartment with balconies to sit out looking out over the boats and yachts in the marina and the city beyond (10 minute pleasant walk to centre). Literally a few minutes walk to the nearby beach and promenade, nice sandy beach and a promenade to stroll, or if you had cycles (which we did not), it would be great to cycle along the seafront towards the Mumbles area.

Amazing spacious apartment, so comfortable, great views, superb location, everything you need is here. Can’t wait to stay again!

Only issue we had was that both tvs in the bedrooms lost signal so it was only the main living room tv that we had a signal on. Not a massive issue though

Lovely clean apartment with great views and convenient location!

The property was very clean with added little extras for our convenience. Beautiful views of the area. Great location being within walking distance to the marina, supermarkets, beach and the town. Great facilities too, even a yoga mat !!

Quite warm so a fan would have been good, towels were a little tired, need replacing.

A lovely location over looking the Marina and a few minutes walk to the beach.

We couldn't work out how to operate the TV. It kept telling us there was no signal so possibly because we are 'techies' we didn't know how to sort it out.

Immaculately presented little gem in a fantastic location

Outstanding value for money. Plenty of alternatives for significantly higher price that couldn’t match this! Beautifully clean and modern apartment in the Marina which is a fantastic location for the city. 5* host who made sure check in was efficient and straightforward. Parking right outside the apartment block. Despite the busy location, the apartment felt far away from the bustle of the city.

A few more streaming apps on the smart Tv could be useful. Currently only Netflix.

Perfect location, views, and apartment

The apartment was spotlessly clean and modern in design. It had everything you could need for a comfortable stay, including tea and coffee making facilities, lovely towels, and even face cloths for removing makeup. The two bathrooms were modern and very well appointed. The views are beautiful, and the two balconies were a pleasant surprise. The location is perfect for beach walks or good restaurants and bars. The apartment is within walking distance of the Swansea Areana.

lovely stay, great location, can be in the town or at the Beach in minutes! lovely apartment

Location is excellent, just a very short stroll to the local shop for bits and pieces, lots of places to eat and drink and into town for the shops and cinema, and of course the beach! Apartment has a great view overlooking the marina. Lift up to the apartment so easy to access. Kitchen has all you would need, plus some treats on arrival- we did enjoy the welsh cakes! TV in each room, lovely bathroom and shower room as well. We really enjoyed our stay.
