Short walk to town and beach. Quiet evening when we stayed. Easy parking.

Easy parking outside. I was a bit apprehensive due to previous reviews re: rubbish in the courtyard. There was none during our visit

The beds were uncomfortable the sofabed was disgusting not enough to cook with rude staff trying to blem something that was nothing to do with when we were there and not enough blankets. My opinion do not book this avoid nothing like advertised in the pictures

Sleepless in Swansea

They provided tea, coffee and milk in the kitchen.

Almost everything about the place was bad! Smelly Dirty Uncomfortable beds Noises keeping me awake all night Cigarette smoke on all my stuff Didn't provide basics such as soap, washing up liquid, washing powder, etc. Lots of police cars around as a crime heavy area. A yard full of rubbish. Delayed responses from the owners. I could go on and on ......

Great location

Small house with pleasant decor, modern kitchen and bathroom. Great location up a steep hill in a somewhat run down location near central Swansea. Earlier reviews mention lack of dining table, we were pleased to see there is now a fold out dining table and 4 chairs. Kitchen well equipped and complimentary toiletries, tea and coffee provided. Helpful staff called us to check if stay was OK.

House was clean but smelt strongly of cigarette smoke on the ground floor when we arrived. No smoke alarms on ground floor, which would likely stop this happening. Old, dusty carpet in need of replacement. Shower tied up with tape and hot water intermittent. Back garden had a little table and chairs but was full of several weeks rubbish which hadn't been removed.

horrible experience with this property with little to no compensation

The pictures do not represent the town house. When we arrived the property had a horrible smell to it when we walked into the kitchen there was mold along the kitchen skirting board a thick layer, the bedroom downstairs spike strip was showing and the carpet underlay was showing, the bathroom was upstairs and the vinyl had a big warp through it on the ground, all around the bath had more mold, the room upstairs smelt of smoke, our kids couldn’t sleep in the room and there was left over rubbish outside. After getting over jet lag we decided to contact the agent and they sent a contractor over to fix the issues but they only sent a plumber out. They entered the property without our permission even after I stipulated I did not want a contract there without me being there and they still entered the contractor left chemicals and tools in the hallway which my 1 year old grabbed. The quality of workmanship was poor, we could not use the bathroom. The next morning after a shower the bathroom flooded and water was dripping from upstairs bathroom into the kitchen leaking down the walls over a PowerPoint. They re sent another contractor to inspect the leak which required a follow up repair. Again we could not use to bathroom until it was fixed. After the repair there was no communication to inform us when we could use the bathroom again with two young children this is appalling. This is when we decided to vacate the property as it wasn’t safe for our family

The hills walking back and forth the property and washing machine/ dryer kept making a knocking noise.

The bannister was loose at the bottom. The kitchen light did not work. I fell out of bed on first night as the house seems to be a bit lopsided upstairs.

Not so Fantastic Location not in the Heart of Swansea

Everything , misleading photos not close to heart of Swansea uneven floors upstairs , bathroom not very nice steep steps to front door . Not in a nice area, backyard disgusting, overflowing bins at front house. Dangerous step in hallway. Not pleasant left after 1 night too grotty even for students

The house was on the hill so anybody with walking difficulty may struggle to get there. I missed long mirror on the wall apart of that there was nothing to complain

Ήταν άνετο, καθαρό και σε καλή τοποθεσία! Εύκολη πρόσβαση και check-in! Επίσης η επικοινωνία ήταν άριστη.

Υπήρξε ένα μικρό πρόβλημα με την θέρμανση. Όταν μπήκαμε ήταν πολύ κρύο το σπίτι και ιδιαίτερα η κουζίνα. Υπήρχαν οδηγίες για την λειτουργία της θέρμανσης αλλά μάλλον υπήρχε χρονοδιακόπτης με αποτέλεσμα να κλείνει συχνά και όταν λείπαμε από το σπίτι, ήταν πολύ παγωμένο στην επιστροφή μας. Στην κουζίνα είχε πάντα πολύ κρύο.
