Dissapointed by the lack of basic, essential items.

Spacious and good location.

When i arrived after a long day, got in the shower and there was no soap, shampoo or shower gel in the bath or at the wash basin. Dried off and had to trek to the shop and buy these items and then had my shower. Wasn’t impressed when the most basic accommodation provide this as it isnt cheap to stay. Then on awaking next day there was sachets of tea and coffee but no milk, another trek to the shop. These small details make a big impact in how i felt about the place, could have done without 2 trips to the shops.

It was a very spacious, spotlessly clean and perfectly located property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Glad we only stayed one night.

Location The bedding was fresh and bed was reasonably comfortable.

The apartment needs a freshen up overall. The walls had been touched up but this left the effect of patchy walls and it looked scruffy. There were limited cleaning facilities there so we couldn’t give the glass table a wipe down which had smear marks on it. The sofa had a large stain on it and crumbs! The floors looked like they needed a good clean. There was only one tea towel there which had seen better days. Some of the crockery needed to be washed before use. We could not get the oven to function properly and the inside needed a clean.

Its just ok to short stay

It was not cleaned, there was a lot of leftover stuff, and all the rooms contained spider webs and insects. The mattress was very uncomfortable and noisy, and there were two broken fans. Kitchen was acceptable with all amenities No parking

Good size. Well located by the Marina. Generous bedrooms. Very comfortable beds. Crisp and clean linen. Good to have use of a fridge - although we forgot to remove/dispose of an item (sorry!) Great to have decent towels supplied. Lovely to have the 2 balconies.

Master bedroom with en suite: Bin not emptied from previous guests. Empty plastic toiletries bottles left in the shower Bath/shower room: Handle on shower loose/unsafe? Lounge: No bulb in the dining area lamp. Dining table legs unstable Kitchen area: Unsure if the hob was as clean asit could/should have been. Would be good to have a hair dryer in each bedroom.

A very likeable and convenient apartment. Slept well.

On the riverfront with easy walk to city centre and local restaurants. Apartment was very spacious with high, industrial feature ceilings, roof lights, a balcony and a very nice portal window with views of the bridge and moored boats. It was warm, well stocked with pots and pans, hair dryer, iron, washing machine and I found the bed and pillow extremely comfortable. I wasn't aware of any noise from other apartments which was also a bonus.

The furniture in the living room is a bit functional for such a nice space and could do with updating. Same for the kitchen crockery and glasses. OK but not a regular matching set of everything. A chopping board, bread board and scissors would have been useful. Walking past giant wheelie bins to get to the entrance wasn't great but I appreciate this might be the only place there is to put them. Parking is a short walk away in a public car park which wasn't a problem for us but worth noting.

Lovely apartment, very spacious with every needed. Great staff, very helpful and polite. Location is one of the best in Swansea. Great bar and restaurant below the apartments called The River House.

central location - perfect facility!

awesome location - central to everything! spacious and clean

properly stated that it was serviced daily however this was not the case - saw no one in the 7 days that I stayed here. was disappointed that my attempts to contact management probably needs to state that there is no lift to upper floors.

Excellent location. Lovely building On arrival there was a wedding function so staff really busy but I was dealt with straight away . Perfect Host truly pleasant guy

We l found little cutlery no cups for a desperate cup of tea/coffee and 2small shower pots for a shower. ( boiling hot day and long travel and a shower needed) I did return to reception but owner was very busy so understood his position so I vent to sainsburys to get cups and shower gels etc Later on in evening I found a dishwasher in room loaded with all the cutlery and cups I needed however still dirty from night before from previous party A little disappointed as this weekend was a special one and expensive room was chosen to reflect this

Spacious and comfortable apartment in perfect location- shame about the noisy neighbours!

Lovely and light, comfortable king size bed and close to the centre of Swansea and the Marina.

Poor sound proofing- noisy neighbours in adjoining apartment for three of the four nights.
