Business & Leisure Stay - 5 Unique Design Apartments

Our top floor apartment was absolutely gorgeous , we had such a lovely stay in lovely surroundings. The layout was exceptionally spacious with high ceilings and loads of big windows overlooking a busy town centre street. The photos provided on Booking.com are completely accurate, in fact it is even bigger and better than the pictures even show. The decor was really modern and tasteful (I loved the Swansea bay mural wall), we felt right at home and felt we could relax just like we do at home. I could login to my own Netflix and other accounts on the massive 75” smart tv. The kitchen facilities were notable in the fact you genuinely had everything you could need to dine in if you want, there were seasoning and oils, washing up liquid/dishwasher tabs and equipment to use. There is even a washer dryer in a separate room (with all the cleaning equipment and iron) and washing tabs to use which is so generous. We had a penthouse so there was quite a challenging climb for us more out of shape folks to the top floor, but by the end of our stay we were very happy to find we managed it easily without even puffing -so it actually did us all the world of good -exercise wise, ( some visitors with health issues may not enjoy that part..definitely not for anyone who can’t climb stairs at all) A few doors down is the gaming place called “Continue…” with loads of free play video games, arcade machines like pinball, racing etc and my teenager LOVED it (so did the adults to be fair)! It’s about £13 for an hour or £15 each to come and go as you please all day. The walk to the Odeon and Tenpin centre was about 5 mins as was Wind Street and a bit further to the Marina and Beach. There’s LOADS of bars and restaurants all over the place as you’d expect in a city. The Foundry cafe is newly opened and just round the corner from the apartment was great for a breakfast or light meal.

Nothing it was tip top tastic!

Property is nice and clean but I they didn’t had pool table or gaming console was bit disappointing but property it self is clean I booked this property just because had pool table and gaming console so kids can rest and play inside but it didn’t happen we stayed out then just came in to sleep and it costed us more then it was planned 15% discount was given but it doesn’t make it up the disappointment probably itself was nice and clean

Location, personal touches to make it feel homely ie board games, and decoration.

Smell in the living room and kitchen from spilt milk in the bottom of the fridge that had not been cleaned up properly and had turned sour omitting an awful smell. Especially when you have to pay a £70 pound cleaning bill. Drainage smell in the en-suite bathroom, unfortunately the air freshener had run out.
