The location, modern furnishing , comfortable beds , welcome basket, communication with the host., ease of retrieving the key. Well equipped . Simple to use showers and 3 good bathrooms. Full laundry facilities .
Only 6 dining chairs for a house that advertised could sleep 12. Our party of 9, had to use the breakfast area as overflow. Steep steps over 3 floors . The bedroom window at the back on the ground floor would not open. The terrace space was exceptionally small.

Lots of space and the house was very clean, comfortable and well kitted out.
It was a very hot night when we stayed so maybe a fan in the upstairs rooms would be useful but apart from that we loved our stay here.
