Swansea Market is within an easy 13-minute walk and Pennard Golf Course is also a quick 13-minute walk away, so leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking. If you're looking to expand your horizons and see other nearby locales, you can catch a train at either Swansea Station, a short 11-minute walk away, or Swansea (WSS-Swansea Train Station), 13 minutes away.

Relax in the garden (enjoy the outdoor furniture!) or sip a drink in the picnic area of this villa. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and Smart TV.

For your convenience, there's an electric kettle and a microwave. And you can even travel light because you'll have a washing machine. Other amenities include bed sheets, an ironing board, heating, and wardrobe or closet.

I had a terrible experience with my hotel booking yesterday. I made the reservation in the morning and informed the owner, John, that we would arrive late, after 9:00 PM. She told me there would be a £60 late check-in charge, which I agreed to. At 9:00 PM, she messaged me, and I explained that due to traffic and an accident, we would be delayed by about an hour. She responded rudely, telling me to call when I arrived, and I agreed. Before reaching the property, I messaged her at 10:55 PM to confirm our arrival time, and although she read the message, she did not reply. When we arrived at 10:55 PM, I called her, but she had blocked my number. I tried again from another phone, but after several attempts, she also blocked that number. (I have all proof in my phone). Your team was also called her but she did not answer your team call in the night approximately at 11:15 PM time and morning time at 6:25 AM. As a result, I was left stranded with my family after a five-hour drive, despite having paid for the reservation and accepted all her terms. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I want my all money back which I paid her.

House is old but clean. The microwave needs updating. Oven has no timer. No dishwasher and limited plug sockets. Chairs in dining room needs replacing. House on busy main road. Very steep steps to the house which is problematic for people with mobilty issues. Parking can be an issue as there is limited parking to the front. Overall the house is good.
