Dishwasher, crockery and cutlery all needed a good clean - entry arrangements need to be reviewed and improved

The superb view, clean & bright, lift to the apartment make it easier for us to bring our luggage upstairs and the convenience store right underneath the apartment.

Nice facility. It was very clean and had a great view. It was also very spacious and easy to locate. The kitchen amenities are great and working well. The WiFi speed is fair.

Check in time is 4pm which isn't great especially when you arrive with a morning flight. You have to go downstairs to meet your guest as there is no way to open the main door from your apartment. You also cannot get deliveries if the delivery person doesn't call on your phone because there is no drop off point and no way to press the bell.

Other side of town pick up keys,locks on front door and patio not good ,no tv wrong fitment areil,no internet from Wednesday,no sheets or cover for grandsons bed or bath towel for him,plus only 1 hand towel between 5 people,dinning chairs wobbles,cleaners didn’t come to clean till 3.45pm so if we had to get other side of town for keys would have been 5pm before check in not enough cutlery,plates,the freebies a joke,think this apartment needs some good maintenance on it,wouldn’t mind but e-mailed them before to say had all problems been sorted they said yes except for room blind even that not been done.Will not return especially price we paid £1645 don’t think it worth more than £80 a night and should be compensated as it ruined our family holiday.We rang emergency number a few times and they said they sorting things only thing they did because check in was so late they let us have key from cleaner.also the parking is free if you can get a spot people park there and go to the beach so not great we had to sit about till one became available and then couldn’t move the car.
