The location was great, and the facilities in the room are perfect for a student. Plenty of space to work and great wifi. Excellent value for money.
I have stayed here a few times and facilities can vary. I've stayed in Block F and had an apartment to myself, well equipped and spotless kitchen. This time I stayed in D, and was sharing with other students. There was no crockery or cutlery allocated to my room. The kitchen was piled up with dirty dishes. Work surfaces were dirty. If I wanted a cup of tea I had to wash up someone else's mug. I was just unlucky this time.

I enjoyed being able to wash my clothes, the gym was lovely and simple.
There weren't any spray or towels to wipe the equipment with. I found 3 silverfish in my room during my stay.

The springs in the bed dug into my back, no toilet brush or bin in the room, towels were falling apart. The circuit app for laundry didn’t work in the laundry areas. This caused a huge inconvenience as I uploaded money onto the app already and had to fork out more to do my laundry. Confusion over cleaning and expectations were not clear. I injured my ankle and the staff that evening weren’t helpful and couldn’t find a first aid kit which is worrying.
