Quality of rooms can be inconsistent

The location was great, and the facilities in the room are perfect for a student. Plenty of space to work and great wifi. Excellent value for money.

I have stayed here a few times and facilities can vary. I've stayed in Block F and had an apartment to myself, well equipped and spotless kitchen. This time I stayed in D, and was sharing with other students. There was no crockery or cutlery allocated to my room. The kitchen was piled up with dirty dishes. Work surfaces were dirty. If I wanted a cup of tea I had to wash up someone else's mug. I was just unlucky this time.

Lovely place

I enjoyed being able to wash my clothes, the gym was lovely and simple.

There weren't any spray or towels to wipe the equipment with. I found 3 silverfish in my room during my stay.

Cosy student accommodation, has everything you need

Clean room with comfortable bed and spacious desk, own bathroom with complimentary shampoo and soap, and shared kitchen with everything needed for cooking. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bus stop is directly in front of the house, and shops are in walking distance.

View from the 6th floor was nice, but sometimes you could hear the trains, as the train station is closer than I realised.

Okay but missing some essentials

Proximity to station, safety, walking distance to shops, kitchen facilities

The springs in the bed dug into my back, no toilet brush or bin in the room, towels were falling apart. The circuit app for laundry didn’t work in the laundry areas. This caused a huge inconvenience as I uploaded money onto the app already and had to fork out more to do my laundry. Confusion over cleaning and expectations were not clear. I injured my ankle and the staff that evening weren’t helpful and couldn’t find a first aid kit which is worrying.

Great value accommodation close to Swansea station

St Davids student accommodation is extremely good value for money. Its close to the station. The rooms are great for studying as they are designed for students!

Sharing a flat with the full time students was slightly awkward.

Schöne, modern ausgestattete und sehr saubere Zimmer mit eigenem kleinen Bad. Der Bahnhof liegt quasi um die Ecke, das City Centre und der Strand sind in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß bequem zu erreichen.
