Location: It was close to the Uplands if you fancy heading out to a restaurant or bar; It’s also close enough to the city centre.
Accommodation: It was warm, cozy, intimate, had a TV, had wifi, shower and toilet. Perfect for a rainy weekend stay-in.
I liked everything. If you’re clumsy, take care not to bump your head on the ceiling. Otherwise, all good.

No issues at all. Just be aware that due to the nature of the building, it has a low ceiling . Thats the only tiny negative.

Convenient location within a short walk of the city centre. Clean, simple facilities at a good price.
The bed was uncomfortable and has left me with a bad back. The main issue, however, is the headroom. I'm 6 ft 2, and didn't realise from the pics quite how low the ceiling is - I could only just about stand right in the centre, and spent the entire time crouching and scuttling around like Gollum. If you are over about 5 ft 7 I'd say avoid.

Location was convenient for visiting our son. Property was very clean, and bed was pretty comfortable.
Cannot walk around comfortably - head height is seriously compromised by sloping ceilings so constantly knocking your head. Radiator in bathroom is so scalding hot it burnt us, and no soap for the hand basin seems unnecessarily frugal.

Property was very clean, wifi worked well, all other facilities worked well. The property owner responded very quickly with my access issue to the property. I love a room in the eaves as it exudes character but be careful of your head if you're over 6 feet. The property owner gave me some good advice on eating in the area around Mumbles which was lovely.
The only issue with this property was the provision of the wrong security code to access the property so I needed to call the property owner. Access was provided by the property owner there and then and I gained the correct code within 5 mins.
The TV reception was a little erratic but wifi functioned very well.

We stayed 3 nights at this property and absolutely loved it! It looks exactly like in a pictures, super clean, nicely made , I wouldn't never guess it was an ex- garage.
The host is very nice and friendly, very smooth check in.
Very quiet and peaceful area. 40 mins drive to Worms Head, Sunflower field and Rhossily Bay ( they all in the same area, worth to visit and explore all 3, expect to spend the whole day there!) plus I would recommend to visit Three Cliffs bay , exceptional beauty and swimming point.
The room had a small fridge, tea/coffee/sugar and kettle.
If you want to go to the town I would recommend to go to "Attitude 28", it's a rooftop bar and restaurant, it was like 20-30mins walk from the property. Also, down to the main road from the property- max 15 mins walk, a lot of vibe there , different pubs, restaurants, live music etc.
We loved absolutely everything about this place. Only one note ( not negative!)- if you are tall person ( 1.85m +) you need to be careful with the loft roof. But , again, we knew what we are booking and it didn't affect our stay, we were out from 10am-12pm, so went there just to sleep.

Nice easy check in with keys in a key safe, all information passed to me before arriving which made it nice and smooth on arrival, comfy bed, lots of room in the accomodation, all facilities were clean and tidy, couldn't fault it at all. It's a nice area with nice views and is easily walkable to restaurants and attractions but easily driveable as well.
The only thing was that I had to park on the road outside due to my car not being able to get on the drive as it was a sharp small hill to enter the gates but that is of no fault of the property and was down to my car, but may be good to mention in the future that some people may have a problem but it won't be many people. The road is safe though and you can park near enough right outside the gate so there isn't any security issues.

Very basic and poor value.! Bed approx 12 inches off floor with thin mattress. Could have done with summer duvet and fridge on ready.It needs a comfortable chair in the corner as fold up chairs are awful. Ducking to avoid low ceiling not suitable for me..Need to be superfit with no disabilities to stay at this propery. Owner pleasant and helpful.

As the room is in the eaves of the garage the walls were low in the majority of the room. We were unable to get the shower to have hot water. It was early in the morning so couldn’t ask the hosts to help.

It’s a nice little stay in a reconstructed garage, with own bathroom, everything was very clean and neat. The bathroom is on the ground floor, to get to the room you have some narrow steps which is a bit of a challenge with a big and heavy suitcase. It’s located in the suburbs of Swansea, the neighbourhood is very calm and quiet. You can park the car on the property of the owners. Everything went really uncomplicated.
For it is a self-catering appartement the equipment is quite meager. There’s a fridge, a water boiler, two glasses, two coffee cups and two spoons. That’s it. No plates, no bowls or other dishes, no sink or anything. So there’s no possibility to cook something e.g., which means you have to eat somewhere outside, in the morning you can prepare yourself an instant coffee or tea (and I bought some muffins at Tesco).
For there’s no breakfast included and no real possibility to prepare yourself a bigger breakfast it’s a bit overpriced in my opinion but I guess that is for being in Swansea and have some infrastructure around. Still I arranged myself and enjoyed the stay.

Lovely clean, fresh spacious room with a separate shower room downstairs. Very quiet location and very safe to park your car on the street even though there was an option to park within the locked gated grounds.

Easy access to the property, communcation from the owners was excellant. The location in the Uplands is great for local restaurants and bars and a 20 minute walk to the seafront or the centre of town. The area is called the Uplands for a reason and the property is an uphill walk that would cause no issues for a reasonably fit person. My wife and I are both 70 years old and this was not an issue. There is secure parking inside an automatic gate, however for convenience, we parked on the street that has ample parking spaces.
The roof space is a little low and this was exacerabated by having the roof windows open as he weather was unseasonably hot. However this was a a minor issue that did not spoil our stay.

No hand towel in the bathroom. No room to stand up except in the central strip of the room (which was mostly take up by the bed). We kept banging our heads and we're really short! We couldn't fill the kettle up easily as it didn't fit under the tap in the small sink. All rather awkward.

As former resident of Swansea we visit friends and like to socialise in Uplands area where there are many restaurants,bars,coffee shops and supermarkets nearby.The Garage is walking distance of the lively area and very close to beautiful Park.

Hot water in shower. Velux blinds meant I could adjust the natural light.
I'm 6'5". If you want to spend all day in the unit, this is not the place due to the sloping ceilings and educed headroom. But if you only want to sleep there, it's fine

Beautiful self-contained house/flat on a quiet street with plenty of on-street parking, conveniently situated about a 20 min walk from Swansea centre.
The flat itself was very clean and I had a great night's sleep. Everything is very bright and airy. Nice to have a fridge. Sloping ceilings mean walking around is a bit awkward but no real problem.
Good hot shower downstairs.
