Easy check in. Very quiet and clean

A nice property, very clean, great location but…..

I chose a non-refundable booking. After booking, a booking agency contacted me to provide proof of ID etc. which was fine. There is no mention on booking.com of a security deposit/damage waiver, it was quite confusing and I ended up paying what I thought was a refundable £50 deposit but it turned out that if I wanted a refundable deposit it would have been £250 which I think is ludicrous for a £60 booking. I was very happy with the property for what I paid originally but what I paid in total with the non-refundable I could have stayed in a much nicer hotel in the centre of Swansea. It’s a shame as the property was great for the (original) price and as a frequent visitor to Swansea I would have stayed numerous times again. The contact with the agency regarding this was very poor.

Location was good, room was clean and they had left everything that i would need out

If you are a tall person there isn't much room for standing, but it a converted garage.

Hosts were lovely, very friendly and helpful.

Room is in the eaves over a garage so not much headspace (and we’re not tall!) The bed is nearly at floor level. The shower room and loo are downstairs, which I didn’t realise when booking. Not ideal at night.
