For Students Only - Ty Nant in Swansea Next to Train Station

- The studio was very clean and new. We liked that we had a desk for our use. - The bathroom had no visible mould anywhere and looked fresh.

- There is no air conditioning anywhere in the building except for the ground floor. The windows in the rooms barely open, unless you disassemble the window restrictor, which means that in hotter temperatures outside it gets unbearable to be in the room for any longer amount of time. The only suggestion from the reception staff was to "buy a fan". For the price that the students pay to rent a room here, AC should be available. - We received only one spoon, one fork, one cup and one plate, even though we booked for two people. - No kettle in the room, only available in the shared kitchen. - The laundry machines are paid and have an unpleasant smell coming from them, someone should clean them.

Lovely accommodation and great hosts. Security guard are excellent and keep the building safe. Lots of games amd snooker room for everyone enjoyment. Thank you with all the help with my blind mom and carer, kept very safe and my mom loved the room and shared kitchen was very clean.

Location was excellent

Not being able to put one bottle of soft drink into the kitchen fridge. It already had plenty of beer in it. A minor annoyance.
