Ty Nant in Swansea Next to Train Station

Location , room was fantastic

It was too hot on the room and in the middle of a heatwave. There was no fan or air conditioning.

There was a brief issue collecting the keys initially, however, the staff were incredibly helpful is addressing this issue and I was very appreciative of their help. I would stay here again.

the staff were lovely and the facilities were very clean and tidy. the room was large and had good lighting

we were by the road and it was VERY noisy. we had to open the windows as it was very hot in the room but then struggled to sleep through the noise

I liked the price, the spaciousness and the helpfulness of the staff!

I hated not being able to get more than 4hrs of sleep. The mattress was so bad but most importantly there was homeless people outside everyday between 12am - 4am screaming and shouting and getting into fights just under your window everyday. It was baking so you had to have the window open but got zero sleep! Would have been good if they had air con or fans even due to the noise disturbances as it was impossible to sleep. You’d hear people who live in the area shouting out their windows to tell them to be quiet and stop! But they would carry on. So I was very sleep deprived my entire trip!
