The property manager we spoke to on the phone was super helpful! We had just had a bad experience with another booking in town that cancelled our booking and we had to find a place to stay last minute, at 6pm, in winter. The staff that took our call was so helpful and got us booked and into the house within the hour - would have been sooner if our wifi hadn't cut out.
Ultimately we were so grateful for a room and bed to sleep in, thankful for this place: near by and cheap. But the bed we slept in could do with an upgrade as you could feel the springs, also instructions on how to work the heater would be helpful for the next guest, and adding some bowls and spoons to the kitchen facilities.
