The fact that was advertised as a one bed apartment, when actually it was a bedsit. Admittedly when u looked carefully at the pics you could see this, but I didn't when I initially booked!

Please do NOT stay here if your from a different race or culture with a disability. The landlord is really horrible and will keep your ITEMS and use blackmail and horrible terms he needs to be looked into! Reported him boycott this place and another residents he has I be making a TikTok YT and ensuring this comment gets the attention it needs it’s vile and mainly the staff booking dot come won’t take this seriously STAY AWAY

Picking up keys from a kebab shop does not set a gr8 standard. They didn’t know where the property was. Not ideal. Filthy over and fridge also not clean

I was working in south wales and wanted somewhere close to the city centre so I could meet a friend in the evening. The

The location is very close to the city centre. Free on street parking only a few mins walk away.

The shower didn't work. I messaged the property owner about this and they didn't respond. There was a broken (snapped) dinner knife on the floor by the side of the bed. The property refused to issue a receipt (invoice) which I need to claim back the cost as I stayed here for work.

Not worth the stay !!!

It smelt nice but except for that absolutely nothing.

Where do I start. I booked for three nights. I was given one towel for three days never mind I'm woman I might need one for my hair. I got bit several times from the bed. I messaged the property to see if there was a hairdryer at hand I was completely ignored. Couldn't use the shower the button did not pull up or push down to use. As I never got a response to my enquiry about the hairdryer I never bothered to contact them again. There was a bowl in the cupboard full of ash. Grease all over the tiles. Kettle lid does not even go on. It flew off and I burnt my hand.Was beyond stuffy and muggy in there made me ill. No window and the doors do not open. I would not recommend this place to anyone tbh.

Lovely cosy stay

Lovely cosy apartment and really clean right in the central of town so close to bars restaurants and shops.The apartment had everything I needed for my short stay.will definitely stay again.

Dirty, old decorations and in need of a revamp Pots and pans were greasy and dirty Kitchen units unclean People in and out of flats all night long
