Was acceptable for one night but the property desperately needs some TLC!

Property has everything you need - bed, kitchen, bathroom. Will be nice with a bit of work.

Property is fairly filthy. Bathroom covered in mould and carpet stains everywhere. The worst bit though was sleeping in my coat, due to it being minus 5 outside and having a duvet as thin as paper. (There is a very small space heater) Also front door was on the latch and WIDE open every time we came back so did not feel secure as a property.

Hosts where fine and helpful the property ''twas a prime location but could do with a good clean

The location

The entrance and hallway to the property was t tge most pleasant experience as dirty and door had been damaged in the property so although the main door to property locked the other internal sort didn't lock so was banging all night The cooker hood had clean me written in it in grease !! The washing machine was broken which resulted in me leaving clothes there as I couldn't carry heavy wet clothes underneath the kitchen sink had a smell which wasn't pleasant !! The Wi-Fi code wasn't supplied and no welcome pack to say what the code or house rules where

I don’t like anything except The location close to a restaurant and seaside

The property was dirty the pillow case and the cover the room smells and there was dump in the toilet. It was very hard to sleep because of the smell of the dump coming from the toilet and the carpet smell in the room as well.

Never ever I’ll use booking.com Again!

Everything about the place was nice just when we arrived the property was heated up and so hot inside to actually stay. No air flowing around it and it was difficult to stay and sleep. We’ve rushed after midnight to the local Asda to get a fan but it didn't make any difference. It should be cooled and comfortable to stay as this wasn’t advertised on the advert when I pay for my stay. When I have cancelled the next morning as I have booked for 2 nights stay as I didn’t expect I’ll be walking in a steam room the polite landlord responded nicely that I’m eligible to receive a refund for my second night and I’ve spoken to the customer service from booking.com which they have advised me that I’ll receive my refund within 24h. One week later no money I have been received. The booking.com team or wherever they are not very professional people working as they have hang up my call more than 4 times and took me 2 hours to cancel the booking. Awful service

Comfortable, enjoyable, only spoiled by lack of TV

Breakfast doesn't apply - it's self-catering. Location quite good for exploring the Gower area, while also being handy for shops & bus station

Brilliant little apartment with everything you need

Excellent value for money, everything was there towells, soaps and utensils to cook my dinner. So good i booked again for this week
