Central to town, clean
No wifi, a number of times the access code for the main door would not allow entry, had to go via the rear entrance, at night it is pitch black, no security light.

Easy to access. Clean and pleasant
Bit rough around edges. Some windows stuck shut. Some damp marks on some walls. Decent value for money and nicely decorated etc. Communal areas a bit grubby
