WiFi passwords didn't work. There was no toilet paper.

The location is perfect for exploring Swansea and the nearby beaches. The ensuite room has everything you could need for a short stay. It was very clean and well maintained. It was so quiet as well. We could not hear any traffic even though we were 10 minutes walk away from buzzy Uplands. I love Swansea and enjoyed being back

The shower was difficult to get a cool temperature. It stayed at scalding hot no matter which way you turned the temperature. I ended up having baths instead. The toilet seat was too small for the toilet which left a gap at the front. Odd more than anything. Wifi lagged on the TV system so gave up using it but we were out most of the time so not really an issue for us. These were minor things really and the positives greatly outweighed them.

Average but price was good so it was a good stay.

Staff not very helpful, called up to ask how to get into the property, I felt like I was talking to someone in a crack den to be honest, no manners, droned voice, not helpful. We got sent an email after check in time stating we can’t stay at property due to no heating, they moved us to another property down the street. Contacted them to ask if the heating could be put on as it wasn’t, we were VERY cold! And still waiting for a reply to my request.
