Lovely, tasteful accommodation.

No washing machine, but there is a laundrette nearby.

Great communication from Steff, who was very helpful and sent us detailed information on how to access the property, plus a helpful local online guidebook and brochure ahead of our arrival. The house was bigger than we expected, lovely sized kitchen, living room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other a large queen/small king sized bed. The house is beautifully, tastefully furnished to a high standard; lovely soft cotton bedding and good quality mattresses on the beds, very comfortable sofa and armchair in the living room, a good sized dining table and chairs, plenty of crockery and kitchen utensils, helpfully coded rubbish/waste disposal. The lighting is really nice in the house too, plenty of spotlights in the living room and kitchen area. There is a good sized fridge freezer and a cooker. The bathroom has a good sized bath and a shower. There is a tv for you to log in to your Netflix, etc. The location is pretty unbeatable, right in the heart of Llandeilo, but just off the main high street. You have plenty of privacy as the property is accessed via a main locked door shared with one other property, that leads out onto a small courtyard. There is a great coffee and pastry cafe right across the street and they are open on Sundays too which was very handy for breakfast on the morning we left. There are several good quality pubs minutes walking distance - the Cawdor does truly excellent high quality food, there is also the White Horse which is a friendly converted coach house they do live music from 2pm on Sundays, we also took a stroll the opposite direction to the White Hart, which is a few minutes past the entrance to Dinefwr county park, for their Sunday carvery and that didn’t disappoint. Please do book ahead for evening meals at the Cawdor or the carvery at the White Hart, particularly during peak season as they do get fully booked.

Tv was very slow connecting at times.

Beautiful little cottage in the heart of Llandeilo. Easy to park in the street after 6pm, quiet and cosy. Lots of plates, cutlery etc.. very chilled. We had a slight problem getting the heating and WiFi working but Steff had contacted me to check I had received everything from Booking.com and I'd said yes, not realising that all the info', should have been sent in an email. Steff was quick to follow up and sorted for us. Also loved the outside space. Also loved Cellar62 bar/restaurant. fabulous service, ambience and amazing food.

Not particularly didn't like but a bit more storage in the bedrooms would be good if you were staying more than a couple of days and a lock on the bathroom door.
