No Breakfast was included within the stay, the cooking facilities were perfect for a family.
Nothing to dislike, the property location was perfect, the accommodation was lovely and it was really quiet, gave me the perfect opportunity to switch off and spend time with the family after a stressful day in work. Clair the host was very kind, polite and accommodating, we will be visiting again.

Lovely little place, nice view out of the window.
The place had everything you needed. Comfy bed. Clean sheets.
The cakes left for us were a nice touch.. Also fresh milk and there were Christmas decorations. Looks cosy.
First off the directions.. it was so pitch black and pouring down and we were getting frustrated because we couldn't find the place. WHEN YOU GET TO THE END OF THE ROAD AFTER THE SIGN, TURN LEFT AND KEEP DRIVING TILL THE END. WHERE YOU GO THROUGH ONE GATE AND ANOTHER. You have to drive through another property to get to it. Had I known this it would have been easier.
Unfortunately the bath was not clean enough for me to have a bath. (what is with all the bars of soap. 4 opened bars on the sink.)

Beautiful location, so clean and all gorgeous inside - finished to a very high standard - plus milk, tea, coffee and welsh cakes. Couldn't be better - thank you so much!
