The flat itself fits the description - cosy and comfortable. It certainly had a relaxing feeling and better than staying in a hotel for 4 nights. Under current circumstances the price was good value for money and you'd be extremely hard pressed to find such a nice little flat for this price with everyone taking staycations.
I would say the beds are probably near end of life as they were a bit too much on the soft side.

Location was good, but parking an issue sometimes.
From day 1 I had to contact the company everyday for 4 days due to issues with the electrical sockets in the living room. Yes someone was sent out but the issue was not resolved until 2 days before we left. I font go on holiday to be on the phone everyday to get issues resolved.
