Great comfortable and clean place

Lovely clean and comfortable place to stay whilst visiting family, quiet place and great location with shops and bars nearby. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean place to lay your head down after the busy days in Swansea.

dissapointing. needs more attention to cleanliness and overall room upkeep.

location was near the town centre, walking distance from pubs and places to eat ect.

stains and marks all over the walls. room was pretty grimy on arrival. no chairs for the table so had to eat in bed. stains on the bedsheets and cushions on arrival. shower was mouldy. toilet wasnt attatched properly and felt like it was falling through the floor. toilet also didnt flush properly. corridor had a dank smell. window had no blinds and was above the bed so shone light on you while trying to sleep. hook in the bathroom didnt stay in the door and fell out every time you opened it.

It was lovely and cosy and great parking and had fairy liquid so we could wash up along with tea and coffee.

The duvet and pillows were very old and flat so no support for head and neck. The mattress could do with updating or a mattress topper and the bed needs screwing together as kept separating along with a very loose headboard. The bathroom was lovely except the shower needs a new door as the seal on the fold is all black and split open. There was a big crack in the tray which had been sealed very poorly, the shower head is full of limescale and the walls needed a good scrub as they too were full of limescale but couldn't be seen as its black walls.

Good value, comfortable accommodation- ideal for me

Clean, comfortable studio, but quite spacious. It had all you need for simple meal prep. Wi-fi easily accessed.Safe parking. Short walk to local supermarket.Quiet location, but easy drive to Swansea and Gower coast.

The accommodation was great, but you need a car and there is not much in the immediate area ie walking distance

Very bad experience staying here

There wasn't anything I liked I had a very bad experience I felt extremely uncomfortable I wouldn't recommend staying here The room did not look like the pictures.

I was very disappointed and upset about my stay here, it was nothing like the pictures shown on the website when entering the room there was a massive gap under the door, there was a very horrible smell coming from the kitchen the fridge was broke, there was a lot of mold all over the shower which wasn't good for my health issues I booked a double room but got two single beds joint together which the mattress hanged off the end of the bed extremely uncomfortable, the mattress had blood and other stains on it, the girl underneath me on the ground floor was outside singing with music on until early hours in the morning they had many people constantly in and out of the property they made alot of noise, wasn't a great experience would definitely not recommend staying here

The fact there was good water pressure in the shower water was warm

I was given the wrong address to start with,I got to the address was not able to see Alexandra house when called up got told I'm in the wrong area and about 15 miles away from where I should have been. Got to the property, and the toilet flush was not working. Made a phone call and got told to send a video, which I did. Got told I needed to keep my hand on the flush while doing this. I sent another video. Got told they would not be able to send out maintenance, so to use the toilet brush and try clear the blockage ourselves. Every time I had to use the loo, I had to use the toilet brush. If I wanted a weekend of cleaning the toilet, I'd have stayed home and ensured my loo at home had no blockages...

Superb

20 min drive to Singleton Campus and beach. Good space to park at rear of building. Room had everything stated. Easy to locate. Staff were friendly and helpful, just at the end of the phone if needed. Plenty of plug sockets. TV and WiFi worked well. Close to lots of shops and restaurants (Wetherspoons, Toby Carvery, Harvester).

People in rooms below could be quite loud but no problem through the night. Stairs up to loft room are quite steep. Toilet is very loud to flush, rattles the room.

Lovely experience

No one gets in your way(staff) from the moment you check in till you check out. Still, the management is so helpful. Guen is always available when you need her, and willing to go the extra mile..... lovely place.

I liked that the room was lovely and the location was very convenient for the event we came to stay for.

Could have done with curtains for extra warmth and privacy. And the bed was very uncomfortable, it’s the only issue I had to be honest, I haven’t had a bad night sleep like that for a long time and my back was in bits in the morning. Everything else was excellent! Some might not have an issue with the bed but for me I could not sleep. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Overall it was a passable experience, just.

We liked the location and getting the keys via lock box. Parking was convenient too.

The room was very small for two people, kind of run down and smelled of fried food for the whole week we were there. There is no washing mashine so it is no good for more than a night or two and we needed to stay there for a week. In the kitchen there is no oven, just a hob.There was a funny bad smell in the bathroom.

The Internet facility was fantastic

Management wasn't considerate despite explaining my situation to them. Distance wasn't favourable although that a fault from both parties. No proper explanation and directions on the property... Heater wasn't working well Some of the things listed that was supposed to be in the room wasn't there.
