Nothing for us. As mentioned, there are steps down to the apartment but there is a handrail and they are well lit at night.

The communication between the host was excellent, from the finding the property to being handed the keys. How relaxed and stress free everything was! The location is excellent near to everything but in a very quiet area.

If I had to say anything for me personally bed and sofa were a little uncomfortable.

Exceptional accommodation. Really clean and fresh and beautifully stylish. Both bedrooms are exceptional in style and comfort. Amazing bathroom. Eco friendly vegan products of high quality in bathroom etc. lovely patio/terrace to sit out on. Hosts super helpful and friendly and very accommodating. Location great. Prob the best place we’ve stayed in for ages, as really is impeccable Quiet yet 10 min walk to restaurants and pubs. Highly recommend.

Beautiful and welcoming

Host was very welcoming and friendly. The apartment was spot on. Had everything we needed and more! Big enough to fit 3 adults and 1 toddler comfortably with the added bonus of use of the family garden.

Absolutely everything! All the little home from home touches. Hosts obviously take pride in their apartment! It’s clean and has a neutral decor. I love that they encourage recycling, and have made it so easy to do as part of your stay. Looking forward to returning in the future 😁

Perfect sized accommodation for our 3 night stay. It had everything we needed, nice little kitchen area, 2 good sized double bedrooms & a nice bathroom. Access to the garden was a bonus & as we had good weather we were able to sit outside on the patio. Great location for what we needed & a lovely little cafe right opposite (or more choice just a short walk away).

There was nothing we didn’t like! Just one thing to be aware of - the private access to the apartment is down some fairly steep steps. This may not be suitable for everyone.

A lovely relaxing short stay

Another lovely stay at this gorgeous apartment. Everything is always spotless and very well thought out. The bedding and all the facilities are very good quality. The hosts Adrian and Amy are very friendly and accommodating, the apartment is a credit to them. The location is ideal for me as I have relatives nearby and a bonus to have free parking too. It’s a little oasis and very relaxing.

Wonderful apartment, the best I've stayed at in Swansea

115 is a lovely property, well designed, modern and comfortable. There is a garden but as it was December, we didn't get to use it (it had outside seating that would be great in the summer). Amy and Adrian were friendly and helpful hosts. We will book it again if we are visiting Swansea. They bought a new duvet for the folding mattress for our stay.

Bigger beds, one of the doubles is only 120cm wide. This was OK as there is also a fold out bed.

Everything in this apartment was lovely. We had a great time. It was clean, comfortable and everything we wanted. I would love to go again.

Nothing. A bit far to walk into the city but there is a bus stop outside. We had a great time driving to different places anyway.

We arrived very late and the host was waiting for us until night. Everything you need is provide such as tableware, towels, toiletries, even the feminine things. My 11 months daughter was crawling everywhere in the apartment and her leggings and hands were so clean! The garden is large and beautiful with lots of toys for kids (also comfy furniture for tea!)
