I likde the apartment. It was big and very clean in great location and with free car park
It was difficult to get a key - I was contacting the office - I got only address 91 Alexandra road but there was 5 numbering key boxes plus some on the back of the house. Even the office didn;t know what number has apartment I rent. I was trying the code to each key box and on the end it was number 5. Also some very small things which will be improve comfort: hangers for towels in the bathroom, some soap on the basin in the bathroom.

Convenience, cleanliness, fluffy towels.
No tin opener in the kitchen; mis-matched bin lid which did not fit; shortage of cutlery; no clothes hanger to dry wahing; fan not working in bathroom; wonky dining chairs with loose fittings (H&S hazard?); semi-seized windows hard to open..

Very poor sound insulation, you can hear a pin drop upstairs and when someone walks upstairs it's like a herd of elephants coming for you.
