A fantastic country getaway within touching (well, driving) distance of the beach

This was a lovely family experience to get back to nature from our busy lives. The kids loved the animals and making camp fires each night - the fresh eggs were a nice addition to the experience and the shower was far warmer than expected!

The only issue was that the top bed isn’t very high so my son kept banging his head underneath - easily remedied by moving the mattress out!!

Had a great two nights here and Clare was a brilliant host, friendly and was there to greet me.

The cabin was compact with everything needed for a couple of nights stay, and a very comfy bed. Although the stay could have been longer and would have been no problem. It was all very clean and in a wonderful peaceful location surrounded by countryside and lovely walks. Truly unique little cabin.

Magical place to stay

On arrival, we were welcomed by a friendly hoist, clare. Who directed us to our very own paddock which had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Kitchen area, shower, toilet cleaning comfortable sleeping area. I love how eco-friendly the camp is. We had some lovely neighbours, cows and sheep. We all enjoyed petting them. The privacy, the peace was just what we needed. Toasting marshmallows, watching the sunset was just magical. We as a family, put the phones down and just enjoyed quality time together and it was brilliant. I highly recommend coming here.

Great for a mini retreat in nature

Such a lovely, tranquil spot. Plenty of space in the paddock to let the kids run wild. They loved their cubby bed in the caravan, and we loved our comfy double bed! The fresh ice packs for the cooler every morning were super helpful and a lovely touch.

The location and privacy were lovely. The kids could run around with no worries. We loved the fire and toasting marshmallows 😍 short journeys to the coast too. Would definitely book again.

Eco glamping - fantastic!

The bed was comfy, we loved the eco style glamping, it was much better than what we were expecting. Clare was very accommodating and welcoming, we had everything we needed. Really quiet and peaceful location and reasonably easy to find with Clare's directions.

A thoroughly enjoyable stay, but!

Clare is the perfect host. The location is blissfully peaceful, and key destinations in Cardigan Bay are just a 30 minute drive away.

Trying to cook breakfast for two on a single camping stove ring was unnecessarily hard work. A double ring stove would make a huge difference. There is no comfortable seating in the shepherd's hut to relax in when it's raining or at night.

Such a nice getaway

We loved Bryn Parc so much! the nature surroundings with the company of cows and sheep create the perfect ambiance. Plus the host is so nice. A pleasure to stay

Amazing getaway

The view, the hut, the sheep, the host! Clare, what a lovely Lady and so welcoming! We felt right at home! As avid campers we decided on a bit of luxury. We took so much with us, but clare had provided it all! Even fresh eggs from her chickens! We were so sad to leave, but we would love to come back and hire both huts so we can come with family. We had such a wonderful rest, it was so quiet, just delicious! Compared to city life, it was a dream! The bed was super comfortable, slept like a baby every night! My husband even fit at 6ft7 so that was a plus! I wholeheartedly reccomend this place! If your not used to out door sleeping or you get cold, bring fuzzy pyjamas, clare already provides extra blankets! I can't wait to return.

A gloriously comfortable and relaxing off-grid stay in a beautiful part of Camarthenshire

The Cabin was warm and comfortable, with a very cosy bed and plenty of quilts and blankets. The cabin was lit by energy processed from a solar panel. There is a compostable toilet and a shower (with plenty of hot water) dedicated for the sole use of the cabin, along with a little kitchenette. All mod cons but yet being off-grid. A fire pit is also supplied, which is a fantastic way to keep off the spring chill while cooking on it and eating al fresco. The farm has a few black faced sheep, which are pets and my favourite, a caramel coloured sheep called Caramac, who was so friendly. Clare, the farm's owner and host, was lovely; she was friendly, helpful and extremely hospitable. The farm was very well located for ease of access to many lovely villages, beautiful beaches, and waterfall/river walks.

There was nothing we did not like, but we would have liked one more gas ring for cooking on.

The Shepherds Hut, the area it’s so so pretty, quiet and peaceful, staff very welcoming and friendly and you can’t forget the cute animals on site.

Amazing stay in Wales

We had the most relaxing stay in Wales. The shepherd’s hut has everything you need, there is also a private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen area with a small cooker, portable fridge, table and chairs, fire pit for a bbq etc. The farm is very quiet and peaceful, the only thing you hear is sheep or cow (they were a massive highlight to our 9-year old). The owner is very friendly and helpful. Amazing views. The area is about 20 mins drive from the beaches, fishing villages, and there is plenty of nice places for walks around. Would definitely stay again!

Quaint and cozy

Really nice quiet and private. Lovely view too. Cooking facilities and utensils provided although we used our own.

Toilet is very cramped, the door needs to be a few inches outward and toilet a few inches away from wall. No space for legs unless you leave the door open. Shower was a bit cold even with the heater.
