Everything…..very peaceful a place to unwind , but not too far from places to visit Carmarthen , New Quay . Very cosy great outdoor cooking area .

Claire is an excellent host, with super communication and great availability. The bed was superb, comfy and warm. There are so many extras available, and the shower is warm, and you can adjust it as much as you like. The toilet is cleaned daily. I could charge my phone, and I brought my own hairdryer. I bought logs, but Claire encouraged me to use the wood she laid around the place. The place is super quiet and the 4 sheeps kept us company. The eggs she provided were excellent and I could freeze my ice-packs regularly. The wool museum is very close by and a must do visit. Claire reccomended going for a spot the delphins trip in New Quay and very glad of this tip as I did not research things to do for this trip until I got there. There is a nice honey farm on the way and we missed the cheese farm as we went twice to the museum and fish and chips(Coeliac friendly-gluten-free) watching dolphins again from the harbour instead.

It is difficult to find shops nearby for anything, including groceries. There are a couple of pubs but I had everything and extra food with me so I did not need any of the above.

This was a lovely family experience to get back to nature from our busy lives. The kids loved the animals and making camp fires each night - the fresh eggs were a nice addition to the experience and the shower was far warmer than expected!

The only issue was that the top bed isn’t very high so my son kept banging his head underneath - easily remedied by moving the mattress out!!

The cabin was compact with everything needed for a couple of nights stay, and a very comfy bed. Although the stay could have been longer and would have been no problem. It was all very clean and in a wonderful peaceful location surrounded by countryside and lovely walks. Truly unique little cabin.
