Jonathan met us to hand over the key and show us around the apartment which was greatly appreciated. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped.

Perfect location with a great host

Great location, everything within walking distance, safe area able to walk around at anytime with children or on your own, easy access to the apartment, free parking. Host absolutely amazing what a pleasure it was to meet Johnathan made us feel at home, very welcoming and showed us around. Communication was great right from the beginning. Extra linen,towels etc were delivered right to the door. Lovely views from all windows and balcony of the marina and sea.

Excellent, superb location.

The location was superb, with good facilities in the apartment and very close shops. It was quiet and comfortable, and we were able to come and go as we pleased. The underground parking facility was first class.

Peaceful beauty!

Excellent location, beach visible from the bedroom. All amenities provided. Host was very welcoming and always available. Felt very safe at all times. This is a very beautiful part of South Wales.

The lock box was nit easy to find in the semi dark and rain. Jonathon should explain it is on the right hand wall facing the street. The smiley face that identifies it is small and hard to see. It would have been good to have instructions for thr TV. We are from Australia and not familiar with that set up.

Fabulous location and a wonderful apartment. Very clean with lovely decor and everything you need. Underground car park space is narrow however local car park is close and cheap. Communication with the owner is excellent and I would not hesitate to stay again

This was a good place to spend a long weekend with the family.

The location was good and the flat was well equipped. The flat was in good decorative order and fully met our expectations.

The double beds were fairly small for tall people. The lockable parking post had suffered damage over time and it was quite difficult to use the padlock.

Fabulous apartment

Fabulous weekend at this apartment celebrating our wedding anniversary. Just as it looks in the photos on website. Very clean, tastefully decorated, lovely views of marina and beach from the bedroom and balcony. Well equipped kitchen, with everything you need to cook, if you wish to do so. Comfortably furnished. Would definitely book again.

Was pleasantly surprised to see the sea and marina from the balcony although partial view. Very spacious, facilities were excellent. Very modern and high spec.

Bath could benefit from a anti slip mat and grab rail.

Comfortable flat but condition for guests was unacceptable.

The flat was spacious. Equipment in good condition. Plenty of hot water.

On arrival the beds appeared to have been used. Crumpled sheets. In the bedrooms the rubbish bins were half-full of used tissues/rubbish. Earrings in open pot on dressing table. In the bathroom there were sodden wet towels hanging 9n the aside of the bath. In the kitchen area black bag full of rubbish. In the fridge was an opened pack of pizzas, milk bottle half full with milk, salad also in fridge. Dishwasher contained crockery/cutlery ?clean or not. On the sink was an empty can from tomatoes. Not the kind of condition l would leave the place in for my family, let alone paying guests. There were dinky toys in the sitting area, not good for my disabled husband. The underground car park was across the road so no access directly to flats. A problem for elderly guests. When we entered the car park an anti theft device came up under the car which meant the cars could not exit. Apparently there should have been a padlock to prevent it engaging. No sign of padlock when the owner came to inspect the problem. Fortunately a friendly resident came to try and help. Very disappointing. The flat was pleasant but the problems marred the visit

Fin leilighet med god standard. Veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom vert. Fin beliggenhet ved stranden og med ca 10 minutter å gå inn til sentrum. En liten time med buss til Gower National Landscape med fantastiske tur- og naturopplevelser.
