The apartment was spacious and clean

The apartment was on the third floor with no lift and there was no remote for the tv in the bedroom but these were minor and didn’t impact our stay.

A very good stay

The property was clean and very nice size very comfortable

The only thing I didn’t like that there was no lift and it was on the top floor which was the third floor of block of flats. I would say I’d recommend that they have some sort of. There was no fun as it was really warm on the day and there’s no blackout curtains to keep the heat out of the rooms that would’ve been fantastic if it was available

Would stay again but ask for ground floor apartment. Clean & well presented. Only issue we had was not enough bath towels for 4 people. Otherwise well equipped. Enjoyed our short stay. Close enough to everything. Thank you

Weekend trip with family

The flat was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bedrooms were large and there’s also an en-suite! The decor was fantastic and contemporary, lots of sitting space, and lovely natural light coming in. The host was very accommodating to our small group, with prompt responses and great communication. Exceptionally helpful! There’s a car boot sale just opposite the building on Sunday mornings, lovely way to be able to interact with the local population! There is a corner shop only a couple of minutes away with many amenities, so that was great, as well as a Greggs that’s very close. It has been an amazing experience and we will definitely be looking to stay here again.

There are a few flights of steps to get to the flat, which wasn’t a problem for my family but for those with limited mobility it maybe hard to reach the floor without an elevator!

Callum, the host was really helpful in getting our luggage up the three flights of stairs. I had missed, that it was climbing 3 flights of stairs w/out an elevator, called up Callum & he came to help us! Callum was easily to get a hold of & his response was quick. The flat was missing a lot of stuff, the flat smelled like cigarettes. Had to keep the windows open to deal w/ the smell. I did give Callum a constructive suggestion list for making the flat more comfortable & convenient for his guests! He was very open to the suggestions & thanked me! I do hope, that Callum has followed up on my suggestions. Would like to thank you, again for coming to the flat, when we arrived, to help us get our luggage up the 3 flights of stairs. Overall, we did have a great stay in the Swansea area.

Pleasant

It was clean and it was centrally located. Car parking right outside was good.

The block of flats is a bit grotty (carpet worn out and looked tired) and there was a smell of smoke in the bathroom. The location is a bit dodgy. We were kept up on the Monday night as someone died in the carpark opposite and there were loads of police and ambulances!. It didn't feel entirely safe walking around there. It's not a chic city centre apartment.

The apt is peffectly located, just close to the railway station and not far from the centre too. Several grocery matkets nearby. Everythinv was perfect, clean and comfortable. At first we were afraid there was only a bathtube but then we found the scnd bathroom with a shower. :)

Everything was perfect, the only thing i would expect and was not there was a hairdryer. I am not used to taking my own anymore, all the hotels and self catering apts have one...

Overall a pleasant stay, with some small issues

Good location, allocated parking space, functional and spacious apartment with most of the equipment we'd expect present. Overall we've enjoyed our stay there.

Some equipment was missing which we'd expect to be present - for example there was no hairdryer, and no corkscrew. What's worse, while the owner did reply quickly to a question before we've checked in, we've never got a reply to question about hairdryer we've asked during the stay. The apartment is on a second floor, with no elevator - nothing too terrible, but a bit annoying with baggage. The apartment wasn't brand new, which was ok for the most part, but some items weren't working properly - e.g. trash can would get stuck closed. The boiler was very small, barely enough for two people to take a bath/shower.
