Location. Views from window. Spacious apartment.

Poor maintenance, broken furniture, broken fridge, wine fridge, freezer, window catches, no window keys to unlock, warped floors, doors sticking, light bulbs missing, insufficient cutlery, glasses and crockery. Cleaning incomplete with mops and brushes all left out. Filthy dishwasher and freezer. No hand towels, no tea towels, toilet rolls, oven glove. Shower head and toilet seat broken in bedroom. Toilet roll left on the toilet brush a son toilet roll holders. Sofa leg off so couldn't be sat on. Panels off wall in dining room. Skirting board off wall in bedroom. Loose handles on shower. Shower trap in pieces. Permanent 24 hour Fire watch on building due to cladding and containment issues. We spent hours on the phone to the agent, waiting in for maintenance.

Stunning view, let down by the agency

-The location and view was deffinatly the highlight, absolutely stunning - Beds where really comfortable - Very spacious property and clean.

- The agency who manage the property where shocking. We had a 2hr delay in getting our keys which delayed our evening plans. After calling through once and being told the key was with the cleaners and to come back, we then came back after 1hr to find no keys. We then proceeded to wait 45mins on hold to then speak to the same gentleman who kept changing his story, key was with the cleaners, then they were driving and would be 10mins and then he couldn't get hold of them. We had plans in the evening so it was really frustrating and I didnt feel confident that I was being told the correct information. Eventually the keys did arrive. - The property is beautiful but there was quite a few maintance issues. Some windows not working, fridge in the kitchen did not work and would not close once open. Skirting board was warped in one of the rooms. The master room wardrobe had water underneath the floor boards and at times the property smelt like bad sewage or draining issues. Overall it was perfect for what we needed as a group and I would stay again, as long as the agency confirmed the key would be there upon arrival!

Avoid this apartment - very disappointed

Swansea marina is a great location.

This is a poorly maintained apartment. The beds were soiled with master bedroom mattress soaked through with urine and body fluids and a giant hole making the bed unusable, appliances broken, fridge full of black mold, bathrooms very smelly, zero basic amenities, duvets and pillows soiled with urine stains. Their service team are quick to respond promising to resolve the issues but after several days of promises they never did. The apartment is one floor under a restaurant, so on the weekend the noise from the music makes the living area quite unpleasant. The garbage shoot is right by your door and only seems to be collected one, maybe twice a week, so you are greeted by the smell of rotten garbage as you come off the elevator each time you come and go from the apartment. Every window has broken handles, some open most don't, so on most days the apartment is quite hot and stuffy. The bath drain empties out and floods the shower, leaving the bathrooms very smelly, with middle bathroom almost unusable from the smell. The kitchen appliances were not in great condition, the bar and cooler fridges were broken, one was full of mold. The wine cooler didn't work, the stove hood was not functioning properly. The crockery is chipped and there is a number of missing items. There are no basics like hand towels in the bathroom, or hand soaps. No kitchen towels or oven gloves. It's advertised as luxury but it was far from luxury. It's a pity as the views were great, but for the price and poorly maintained property, not worth it. As for booking.com their customer service is non existent when it comes to these kind of issues

Disappointing stay with great views.

View, location

Not what we were promised. It wasNOT the penthouse! No balcony. No easy way to cool or ventilate an over warm property. Cleanliness terrible. Had to clean one freezer and the wall surrounding it b4 we cd use it. The other freezer(why 2) was so frozen up it was unusable. Property supposed to suit 6 - we were 4 adults 1 child and it was not kitted out for 6 (only 4 mismatched mugs and not enough bowls either.) Cutlery useless. Promised welsh tea coffee and bathroom accessories - none in flat just cheap tea bags and instant coffee sachets! Towel rail in bathroom not functioning so bathroom damp along with towels. Promised 3 bathrooms had 1 ensuite, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet! Pictures showed a large, roomy, flat with at least 2 kingsize bedrooms. Flat was small - 1 kingsize and 2 small twin bed rooms! Not what i paid for. Very disappointed. This rental is not value for money or even close!

DONT BOOK THIS APARTMENT

We booked a penthouse for a family of 5, Was shown a totally different penthouse which was advertised on booking.com, got told i wont be getting the one advertised less than 24 hours before our stay. We was looking forward to staying where we booked but recieved apartment 118 which was absolutely filthy, dead flies on the window sills, the bathroom smelt bad like there was some sort of bad drainage, there was no toiletries only 1 piece of tissue in each toilet & half a bottle of cheap 99p handwash. The windows have large gaps with strong wind noise coming in which wouldn't allow us to sleep, we paid around £1200 for this by the way. Fridges were unplugged & off the sockets, had to move the fridge to get the plug & plug it in. I have complained several times to these guys & all i got offered was an amazon voucher which I refused, then got told I would get a call on Monday 11th Aug 25 & recieved nothing. Will have my legal team involved in this as this has very much ruined our experience there & will never be going there again.

Exceptional Stay - Perfect for my birthday

Stayed here for my birthday and honestly, it was perfect! The space is huge, the views are gorgeous, and having 2 bathrooms plus an extra toilet was so convenient. Super close to everything. Would 100% recommend! The host was also fantastic – very reachable and accommodating. They even made some adjustments to my check-in time, which I really appreciated.

Views from the penthouse

Poor cleanliness, poor kitchen equipment, broken front lounge window that produced a high pitch whistle constantly during our stay, very poor communications with rental agency, poor and tired furnishings, no shower or bath soaps as stated, drain smell constantly on entering the apartment, odd cups and plates, no teaspoons, no washing up liquid, damaged bath panel that required painting, main reception room window required fixing other than the temporary Perspex fixing, no one on arrival or departure to assist, poor communications with stay wales (very poor at answering the phone), dirty bed linen on arrival

Stunning views, but completely let down by poor management and cleanliness, anything but luxurious

The location and views were incredible. Right on the beach, with a spacious layout and great natural light. The apartment has strong potential, and the scenery really is its biggest selling point.

The management and cleanliness were appalling. Despite repeated confirmation that someone would meet us with keys, we arrived close to 10pm to a locked building and no one there. Their phone line had already closed, leaving us (including my elderly parents) stranded until a building worker (who said this “happens all the time with Stay Right”) took pity on us and got us inside. Inside, we found a toilet that had been used and not flushed (!!), resulting in a strong, lingering odour coming from the ensuite bathroom that made one of the bedrooms essentially unusable. Dirty towels were found stuffed into drawers, and the entire place felt unloved and poorly maintained. While the team was polite over text and sent cleaners the next morning, their “compensation” on a £2,200 booking was insulting and hardly a serious gesture for what we endured.

Very disappointing.

The location and the views were superb.

Mattress were not fit for purpose. Inadequate amount of bathroom towels. Pots and pans in very very poor condition, as well as roasting tins. Oven only has one shelf. Balcony area poorly maintained. Only one set of keys available between 8 people causing inconvenience. Advertised as 4 bathrooms but actually only 3 bathrooms.

It was huge, had literally everything we needed and the views speak for themselves. Incredible apartment, amazing location, right on the beach front and a short walk to town center. We had the best stay!

Nothing bad to say! I think it would benefit with a few more mugs and glassware but to be honest that’s only if I was to be super picky! Doesn’t change a single thing about our positive stay.

The property is in a great location with fabulous views, but is neglected inside and needs cleaning

The views are just amazing! Watching the sunset from the dinner table was a great experience for my family. There is plenty of space here and enough bathrooms for everyone. Plus the location is excellent.

The property has not been taken care of. The bathroom had condensation mould on the ceiling, shower curtain and around the bath. There are stains on the living room cushions and it had not been properly cleaned. We even found blueberries on the floor in the living room when we arrived and dead flies on the windowsills. I would agree with other reviews that the beds are not comfortable at all and the parking is very very tight. The set up for collecting keys is a total pain, you have to go into the restaurant next door, who ignore you for ages, to ask them for the keys. I then had to give them a code, which I was never given, so I had to go outside to ring the helpline to get the code, to then be ignored for another 10mins by the restaurant before being given the keys! Plus you only get one key, which is tricky with a family. Also, we couldn’t get the main tv to work.

Worst experience I have ever had

Could not find the safe for keys, tried contacting just stay and was nightmare to get hold of they didn’t know what my free parking was also even though it said this on my email

I was in the property to find there was others there drinking and making a mess in the room I paid a damaged deposit for they was not willing to leave so I was left with no option to go and after an hour of trying to get hold of stay right again and being left outside with no one to help or speak to they finally answered but put me in a different room smaller that what i originally paid for, I complained to them and all they said was oh you will have a good time, this was ment to be a birthday surprise that got completely ruined. There was constant banging that was coming from Upstairs all through early house. Never again will I book

Great views. Great location.

Very cheaply equipped. Only 4 non matching wine glasses for 6! Only 4 mugs. The mattresses were very thin and you can feel the springs. The towels were small and thin and course. Luxury this was not. If it had been properly fitted out we would have happily paid a higher price. But as the beds were so bad we cut our trip short and went home. Even the TV in the lounge couldn’t get bbc.

Wonderful property in a wonderful city.

Remarkable property. One cannot imagine a more spectacular view. Great kitchen with everything provided. beautifully decorated. Very nice staff at the concierge station. Everything is entirely spic and span. It just does get nicer than this. Plus do not miss El Pescador, the restaurant fight outside the front door. If you like seeing several miles of beach with a great marina and miles of view out to sea, this is the place.

Great property, poor service and management

Good location, nice view from inside. Cotbed and high chair provided on demand.

Management and service is letting the property (Penthouse on 23/24 floors in Maridian Tower) down. We stayed there for 3 nights over Easter (4 adults and 1 toddler) and had multiple issues during the short stay: 1. Car park entrance extremely narrow, impossible to access if you follow highways code and use the left lane entrance. Our small family car (BMW X1) got stuck and was left big dents on side door when trying to reverse out. Owner response was “you should use the right lane” (which is against law); 2. Fire evacuation happened on the first night, no instruction at the time from any property staff on where was the fire assembly point, what happened and when we could return to the property. Waited downstairs in bath robes with our poor toddler for nearly 2 hours, and had to WALK 23 floors back up because elevators were never resumed that night. While waiting downstairs we got a call from owner asking us to ‘keep the noise down’ because apparently they have a noise sensor within the apartment and thought we were having a party - shame that they care less about fire evacuation management than noise. Owner response was “we don’t monitor fire alarms and fire exit plan was on all exits” (we didn’t see them except in elevators which won’t be usable during a fire); 3. Bedding stinks and no extra linen provided in the property - this was the case in the master bedroom, the 2 guest twin rooms seem to be fine. We had to go to Tesco downstairs at 11pm to get new linen because the ones in the room stunk all over, pillow covers, duvet covers, sheets and even mattress protector. Owner response was “we have a laundry company and bedding should be clean, we never put in extra linen because it doesn’t seem necessary”; 4. Washing machine was filthy and couldn’t dry washing in three hours, a random underwear was also found in the laundry room cabinet, clearly from previous guests.

Brilliant and Wow for the views!!!

Keys were left in the restaurant next door. Little scare on arrival as they didn’t have me on the list…. Sorted quickly and efficiently and we were given keys. Location is ideal. Concierge staff lovely and friendly. Be prepared for a WOW when you enter the living room or top floor. Views are amazing. Great that you can enter the property from two floors. Ideal to use the lift with heavy luggage. Parking for two cars great.

Car park entrance very tight. scaffolding on the entrance could Do with more protective sponge on the bolts that stick out. Sadly scratched the side of my car. Spaces are tight but this is mentioned in welcome details.
