A shame the owner got upset

Swansea is a beautiful place.

The accommodation dirty lots of things broken or nearly broken. Someone needs to have a look and snag it. The owner did respond to my original review. Unfortunately he is completely wrong. We loved swansea but did not go on the beach. The floor in the bathroom by the toilet is damaged. The picture over the bed kept falling off the wall. I would have loved to have sat on the balcony but the seat were covered in bird mess. The alarm for the door kept going off in the middle of the night the windows were dirty and the blinds in the living room were broken. When we left we did not leave it in a mess. Please go in and look for yourself. When we contacted you, you said you were abroad and would call us on your return.

Clean, well-appointed sea-front apartment with good parking and close to city centre.

Location on the seafront and easy walking distance to the city centre. Very clean. Good facilities in the apartment. Good information from the host on locati9n, access and parking.

Refrigerator was on the small side and bedroom rather cramped, but neither detracted from our overall satisfaction with the apartment.

Good location near marina and easy walk to Swansea centre. Great views from window and balconcy of Swansea Bay and ocean. Easy access to Beach and walkway to promenade. Good kitchen facilities for small meal if required. On site parking. Great selection of toileteries and ambundance of towels.

Key code to be sent without prompt. Clearer instructions regarding parking. Larger fridge would have been useful. Bedroom and bed a little small for our taste but sufficient for a short stay. ITV 3 Channel not working. Bin store adjacent to entrance a little smelly.

Sitting on the balcony and looking towards the waves will stay in our memories.

The location was amazing,right on the beach and on the coastal walk and bike path to Mumbles. Very safe and close to restaurants etc. The co op across the road was very handy. Excellent coffee machine!

Lovely location, though a bit of a walk into city center. There are a few places nearby as well. Being next to the beach is quite a plus. Apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Host was very communicative about check-in process.

Stank of cigarettes and photos are very misleading

It’s tatty, tiny, noisy and overlooks a steel factory. It smelt so strongly of cigarettes that I couldn’t wait to leave. Very disappointed that I’ve paid so much for (what felt like) a student bedsit that’s in desperate need of a lick of paint.
