The knives lol need to be sharper only thing I can criticise

The living area was cosy, despite the TV no longer being on the wall. The mattresses were comfortable and towels good quality. The kitchen was well kitted out.
The outside facade is unappealing to the point of me being fearful I had been duped. The pile of loo rolls, kitchen rolls, junk mail, hand soap, and frying pans that still had security tags on them outside the door was unappealing. The lack of deadbolt on the inside of the door made me feel unsafe and we used a doorstop and a chair behind the door to make us feel a bit safer. The window in the double room was DUCT TAPED SHUT but not at all wind proof for the yellow warning for wind that was in place during my stay. I had to switch rooms at 4.30am to attempt any sleep at all. The shower door was broken at the bottom and the lock required a whole to be drilled into the wall which was just a bit untidy.

There were no bath mats, either inside or outside the shower. Shower didnt have a non-slip surface. No instructions for the heating and electric fire didnt work. Liner for bin in kitchen was far too small. The stairwell smelt musty.

Nice location. The facilities are ok, there is cooking, washing machine and oven and sufficient crockery.
Internet is ok but could use a better AP so the full flat has stronger signal.
There are no curtains. No instructions on how to start the central heating.
The locks on both doors are very awkward to work.
Some of the sheets are ripped and do not fit the beds.
The shower is ok but it's been put on upside down so it doesn't sit correctly.
No terrestrial TV.

location and cosy place
I wasn't given the key code to enter the property and chased all old emails to find an alternative tel number . We we're on our way home at 7:00pm after arriving at 1:30 . So had a lot of time to wait for to get into property.
Booking .com customer service was very very disappointing and ignored several emails . Couldn't find Tel number to contact booking .com. Frozen food and fridge food bought with us was off.

Location & size
In need of refurbishment, very bad small in hall entrance , tv problems, broken blinds , no curtains but curtain rails , very noise busy road. Not the cleanest place

Nice place, very clean with all we needed for our stay. Next to a main road but surprisingly quiet. Fantastic location with great views.

The cleanliness, the host was polite and friendly when dealing with my enquiry and there was parking space - that matters alot to me as i had a long drive. I could see cows from the kitchen window-what a beautiful view indeed!
There was a washing machine, dishwasher and a lovely lounge area in the apartment and comfortable beds.
There was an off licence and a chip shop less than a minutes walk from the apartment and the location was just perfect!
Buxton is a very scenic and beautiful town/village. It had lovely shops to wander around in and all surrounding villages were easy to drive too like castleton and bakewell. Will i come back? Yes of course!

Comfortable with equipped kitchen
Unfortunately we had a few problems when we arrived and we couldn't contact the host for a few hours. Ultimately issues were sorted.
Info on working appliances would've been useful.
Few minor maintenance issues ... shower head / riser incorrectly installed.
Shower door off the runners
Bedside lamp we couldn't make work.
Nothing that was a deal breaker, just needed a little tlc

Cleaning issues. Strong foisty smell on entering first door but not in apartment. TV can only be watched through apps no live ITV for instance

We were self catering and there was plenty of utensils, pans etc for us to use. The beds were very comfy as was the furniture in the spacious lounge
The outside of the property does not give a very good impression. Next to a pub and barrels next to the front door.

The location was very good for us and the event we were attending.
The flat was very warm. It was modern and had good equipment in the kitchen. The shower was very good.
The flat could do with a folder of information about the flat itself and it`s equipment particularly about the TV. some visitors are not familiar with Smart TVs and are nervous about `fiddling`. eg. the TV froze at times, as it is really a computer this happens I suppose. An explanation in a folder would be helpful.
The bathroom has no place to put wash bag etc only a small windowsill and no hook to hang dressing gown or similar. The bathroom door would not close.

I really nice little find. You had the entire 2 bedroomed flat for the whole stay. The apartment is in a good location close to Buxton Town and many of the local villages and attraction.

a lovely clean & comfortable property.
the key safe is almost impossible to open.

Apartment was roomy for two and would be fine for 4 persons. Kitchen wall had everything you need, washing, machine, dish washer built in. Take your own tablets if you think you may use them.
Internet didn’t work so had to use my own data- they need to sort that out. Location is not great - a little off putting and you will need a car to travel into Buxton. Except for location, this is a good property. We enjoyed our stay.

Maybe we did something wrong, but hot water was finished after one shower.

Ideally situated to explore the Peak District. Flat was exceptionally clean and well equipped . A home from home. Could easily have stayed here for a longer duration than what was booked. The host was easily contactable and had made additional touches to make you feel welcome with fresh flowers in the room; drinks in the fridge and snacks on the counter.
Parking was available on site.
Nothing additional needed.

Set in a beautiful location and you could see the hills through the windows in the apartment! Great location for some super walks

Friendly helpful owners. Lovely clean modern apartment in a perfect location for walks in the Peak District
My aunt slept in the twin room and mentioned that the blinds let in alot of light so she woke early and the mattress wasn't very comfortable

The host was professional but very friendly and helpful as was her husband. There were some lovely touches like fresh spray carnations in the lounge and 2 mini bottles of complementary wine. The host went out of her way to make sure all was well and that we were happy.
WiFi not brilliant.
