Good location, clean and tidy

Spacious flat, clean and tidy.

Could do with a bit of renovation - seems partly renovated. Open kitchen/living room with plenty of windows but too small to fully appreciate the views.

The property has a very unpleasant smell.

It was quite hard to locate the property as it is sandwiched between an empty disused Clubhouse and a bar. Sat Nav took us to next door (where there are houses) so we didn't expect to be staying in the ex-employee quarters of an empty venue.

The place was not clean, I'm afraid. The carpets were covered in all manner of 'stuff', the inner door (when closed), locked us inside and we had to use a pair of scissors to unscrew the handle to get out. The window in the double bedroom was sealed with gaffer tape... The heart-shaped 'shelf' with trinkets, fell off the wall as was held up by two tiny nails. The exterior door is tricky. I washed the dishwasher before putting anything in there as it smelled quite nasty. For the price, it was acceptable, but the cleanliness was not a good welcome. We had a previously used dish sponge... not very nice. The freezer was full or ice, the fridge had several shelves missing so not very convenient.
