Lack of service and convenience especially for this price point.

Relatively clean, Quiet environment, Comfortable mattress, Modern decoration, Accommodated our request to have both our rooms next to each other, Self check-in was easy enough with their key box, Bus stop nearby.

VERY inconvenient check-in policy starting at 4pm. Location of the hotel was not that close to the city centre and requires a 15-20min walk. The shower was small and had a smelly drain. The full shampoo bottle was not properly placed in the holder because there was an empty one there. The bathroom sink was also very small to the point of bumping our heads on the shelf above it. Bathroom towels were very small. Beds had no mattress protector, only a flat sheet covering the mattress that moves during the night. Directly across from the bed was a TV with a bright flashing light, even when turned off. We ended up using a jacket to cover the TV and its light. There was also a clear humming from the fridge in the room all night. The kitchenette lacked any way to make coffee or tea, and the dishes were dirty with food residue when we arrived. We were supposed to have access to the common kitchen downstairs but were unable to get inside with our room keys. There was no front desk/reception during the weekend, meaning no temporary luggage storage before or after check-in or check-out. Extremely limited options for food in the surrounding area, except one expensive organic store and McDonald’s.

Very good place with essentials available.

It was clean and quiet. Convenient, paid open parking lot available at the entrance.

Well, there was no toaster in the room or communal kitchen. The room was quite bare, but it was fine for me. The walk to downtown is downhill which means uphill on the way back. I made it easily, but an older or unfit person may need to take public transport back to the location.

New and clean apartments, helpful staff, excellent value for money

I stayed many times at this place, all is just perfect. Residence director is an amazing lady and staff is always helpful. Apartments are clean, having everything necessary inside for your stay. They allowed me to stay with my cat which I greatly appreciate. Definitely will return back more.

Love Metz

Great location, city center is closed but it’s a calm area, park around, really nice. Close shops and everything what you need. The place has a good atmosphere, nice decorated common rooms, Christmas tree, good smell :) the room was nice, the bed is big and comfortable, was warm. There is a fridge and microwave so really useful things. Check in is easy. I enjoyed a lot, and Metz is an amazing, beautiful city, all the buildings the churches the Christmas markets…….. love all :) See you next time and merci beaucoup

Great independent stay

Wasn’t right in central, so quiet at night time but still close enough to walk there (approx. 15 min.) Check-in/-out were easy. Room had everything you needed for a short stay.

Very clean apartment, having everything inside, excellent residence manager

Even though this is a student residence but flats are made for travelers with a high comfort. Having also TV with Netflix access and excellent WiFi. Apartment have all the things necessary inside for cooking, towels, very good sheets. Location is little bit far from train station but there is a bus stop nearby which helps you to get there in just 10 minutes. Also there is a very good underground parking. Highly recommended.

You should not expect hotel comfort for that price

It was cheap. Location was okay. Room was cleanish.

There were plastic flowers in the room and they were very dusty. One of them was on the dinner table. It was not nice to see it while eating. Cutleries and plates were not clean. There was no enough soap in the bathroom. I had to use shampoo to wash my hands last day. Before my travel, I messaged the property and asked if they iron. Although they said they have, there was no iron. Since there no one there at the weekend, I could not ask for iron. I messaged via booking app and I did not get reply.

The location was great. We could walk to center of town very easily. I was worried that this was a "student dorm" and, while it was a student university residence, it was unlike dorms in the US. Exceptionally clean. Comfy, but small. I would definitely return

The receptionist waited for me although I was late and she would have already been off work. Well located, for this price it is a really nice accomodation. Unfortunately there was construction work near the apartment and even with closed windows it was really noisy early in the morning

Idéal pour court séjour. Propre, calme, confortable

C'est mon 2ème séjour. Toujours aussi calme, très propre, confortable. Chambre de belle taille.

Un petit peu excentré, environ 15-30 mn du centre ville selon où l'on se rend. Concernant la cuisine je regrette vraiment le peu d'équipement (une seule très grande casserole, une toute petite poele, assiettes et couverts au minimum, des couteaux qui ne coupent pas). Pas de saladier, de ciseaux, épluche légumes, spatules, pas de kit sel/huile/vinaigre. Quand on reste une semaine et qu'on mange midi et soir on est vite limité. En fait c'est surtout prévu pour réchauffer des plats tout prêts au micro onde. Dommage c'est ce qui me fera probablement choisir un autre établissement la prochaine fois. Des explications claires pour déverrouiller les plaques chauffantes et utiliser la télé seraient les bienvenues

C'est un établissement idéal pour les étudiants. Très bien situé et d'une propreté irréprochable. Le mobilier est simple, récent et en parfait état. J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'autonomie totale pour l'arrivée et le départ (sans contact). Les studios réservés via Booking sont situés au dernier étage, au fond d'un couloir séparé par une porte, ce qui garantit un calme absolu.

Contrainte du parking : Le badge doit être récupéré en personne avant 18h. C'est un point important à anticiper, car le stationnement dans cette zone résidentielle est complexe. Équipement : Un petit manque à noter dans le studio, l'absence de bouilloire, ce qui serait un vrai plus pour le petit-déjeuner ou les soirées d'étude.

Emplacement, équipement a disposition pour cuisiner. Lit confortable avec de bon coussin un bon éclairage et pas de bruit malgré qu'il soit situé long de la route. Parking sûr même si payant.serenité en somme.

Pas accès machine a café en temps que client. Pas de distributeur sinon c'était nickel.

Receptionist da rivedere

La struttura in sé è buona, la stanza è provvista (sulla carta) del necessario. Il calcio balilla all' ingresso.

I servizi: la receptionist non parla inglese (!?), le abbiamo chiesto di avvisare di pulire la stanza (abbiamo alloggiato 9 notti!) e non lo ha fatto, nessuno è mai venuto a pulire. Inoltre ha chiuso il 31 dicembre l'unica parte comune in cui c 'era una cucina con forno, la macchina del caffè e un disturbatore di cibo e acqua. In quei due giorni era tutto chiuso in città! Inoltre il primo giorno non abbiamo potuto usufruire del parcheggio interno perché ci è stato detto che era pieno, mentre in realtà la receptionist (sempre lei!) aveva chiuso prima l' ufficio e se ne era andata... Mancava l'aspirazione nel bagno cieco o era rotta. AGGIORNAMENTO DOPO LA RISPOSTA DELLA STRUTTURA: il giorno del mio arrivo lei mi ha inviato una mail nel pomeriggio dicendomi che non c'erano posti disponibili nel parcheggio. Abbiamo verificato che in realtà c'era ampia disponibilità. Era invece lei non reperibile in orario di servizio, quando io sono arrivato (ore 17). Non mi ha visto, perché lei era assente. Le varie comunicazioni sono state fatte attraverso Google traduttore in francese. Il kit di asciugamani e carta igienica è stata una mia esplicita e necessaria richiesta in quanto non siete MAI passati a fare le pulizie in nove giorni di mia permanenza. Resta ancora da capire perché il 31 e il primo gennaio le parti comuni fossero chiuse senza alcuna ragione. Quello era un servizio pagato, così come l'aspiratore in bagno che non funzionava. Abbia l'umiltà, quando si sbaglia, di chiedere scusa e rimediare. Sarebbe bello.

Conforme à la description de booking. La dame de l'accueil était en congé à notre arrivée , mais elle a quand même accepté de nous donner un passe pour le parking. Merci à cette dame. Si vous avez des vélos, il y a un parking sécurisé.

Comment ce fait-il que la sympathique jeune dame de l'accueil était en congé, un vendredi à 14h00 ? On a eu de la chance de la croiser pour avoir un parking, alors que l'on avait choisi ce logement pour le parking sécurisé.

Basic verblijf op loopafstand van het centrum

Geen luxe, maar dat is voor die prijs ook niet te verwachten. Prima studio voor een stedentrip (alleen om te slapen).

-Parkeerplaats moet je reserveren. Hiervoor 3x een bericht gestuurd via de app. Alleen een standaardantwoord ontvangen. Bij aankomst was er dus geen parkeerplaats voor ons. Alles gereserveerd volgens het meisje dat ons ontving. Dus geparkeerd op de parkeerplaats schuin tegenover de accomodatie. Wel vreemd dat er gedurende drie dagen zeker vijf plekken niet bezet waren. In het weekend is er geen personeel aanwezig, dus het maar hierbij gelaten. -TV werkte meer niet dan wel. -De aangegeven supermarkt die in de buurt ligt is een biologische winkel. Absurd hoge prijzen. Voor de rest is in de buurt niets te krijgen. -Toiletpapier erg zuinig afgemeten.

Kleines Appartement mir Kochniesche

Die Student Factory ist im Prinzip ein komfortables Studentenwohnheim, in dem ein(ige?) Trakt/e für touristische Zwecke genutzt werden. Wir waren in der vorlesungsfreien Zeit dort (über Weihnachten). wie es ist, wenn Studenten dort wohnen kann ich nicht sagen. Wir hatten mit 4 älteren Personen 2 Zimmer mit Nasszellen und jeweils rel. begrenzt ausgerüsteten Kochnieschen. Es war gut schallisoliert. Das Büro ist nur an Werktagen stundenweise besetzt. Parken war für 10 ,- € /Tag vor dem Haus möglich.

Beide Kühlschränke waren, insbes. in der Nacht rel laut. Ein Dustabzug über der Kochniesche (Zi. 307) hat nicht funktioniert. Schön wären Bedienungsanweisungen bei den Elektrogeräten (Herd, Badheizung) gewesen. Insgesamt aber schöne kleine Zimmer für nen Städtetrip ins wunderbare Metzm

Uno studentato comodo per visitare Metz.

La pulizia, la comodità della sistemazione, la disponibilità della reception a farci lasciare i bagagli dalle 14 alle 16, ora del check-in. Eravamo in auto, parcheggio a pagamento comodo di fronte, a due passi dall'inizio del centro città.

Siamo stati un solo giorno, e in questo caso il check-in alle 16 ci ha un poco ritardato la reale comprensione di ciò che la struttura offre, magari per gestire il breakfast del giorno successivo. E comunque la cassetta con la chiave, inizialmente, parlava di disponibilità dalle 15. Ma, vabbè.

Sauber und bequem. Die Lage ist gut. Wir konnten dort das Auto parken für 10 Euro pro Tag. Für Fahrräder, die wir dabei hatten, gab es auch einen sicheren Platz. Küchenausstattung gut genug um selber Frühstück machen.
