Апартаментът е много хубав, в страхотна сграда, на пешеходно разстояние до центъра и повечето атракции, на 15 мин пешеходен път от жп гарата. Обзавеждането е ново, без изтъркано или захабено, буквално не намерих нещо по-което да си личи че е ползван. Много просторен, с високи тавани, голяма всекидневна, две бани и една тоалетна, при това в сравнително тих район.
Липсата на климатик е нещо непростимо! В годините на това глобално затопляне, при температури навън от 39 градуса (на сянка), този апартамент е кошмарно топъл. Разбира се пуснахме наличните вентилатори, но при такива температури без климатик не става. При този наем, не мога да оправдая собственика, че е икономисал.

Die Lage war gut, gleich beim Schloss Belvedere und beim Heldendenkmal. Die Wohnung war gross, gut hatte es einen Aufzug.
Für 5 Erwachsene war eine Toilette zu wenig. schade das die Toilette nicht mit dem rest des Badezimners zsammen ist. sonst war alles wie es sein sollte.
