Spacious stylish designed 3 Bedroom Apartment near Naschmarkt and city center

Entregaron el piso perfectamente limpio, es de agradecer. Ubicación: a 20 min andando del centro, o directos con un bus. Muy buena comunicación en metro/bus con todos los lugares importantes (Shombrum, Opera, Catedral, Prater, Museos...). Piso muy amplio y luminoso, éramos matrimonio y 2 hijos y hemos estado muy a gusto, cada uno con su amplia habitación. Muy útil también tener un inodoro+lavabo+espejo aparte de la bañera+lavabo+espejo. La comunicación con el propietario sin problema.

Colchones un poco finos, pero buen somier y hemos estado a gusto. El edificio es antiguo (a mí no me importó), y es un segundo sin ascensor, pero las escaleras tienen peldaños bajos y es cómoda (yo tengo problemas de cadera y no me ha supuesto ningún problema subir).

The apartment is very spacious and is in a good location. All the check-in instructions were clear and provided on time. It has everything for a short stay and clean linen and towels. The apartment is old, but with its own charm. Although it doesn't have an AC, but it's not too hot inside. This is a very important detail if you travel during the summer. I would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was in a great location! Close to so many restaurants, cafes, museums, and sites. Check in was also super smooth and the apartment was clean when we arrived.

It is an older apartment and not everything is modern. The water temperature in the shower was hard to maintain. But it was comfortable and had everything we needed.

The apartment is very spacious and in a great location, just a few minutes’ walk from the metro and about 20 minutes from the city center. The neighborhood is nice, and we felt safe throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable and clean. We also found affordable parking in a nearby garage, about a 20-minute walk away, for only €6 per day.

The apartment could use a complete renovation. While the size and location are great, the wall are dirty, the furniture and amenities are quite old and of low quality, especially the kitchen. Unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi, even though we received the network details at check-in—the network didn’t exist. The TV was also not usable.
