Excellent connection to the city, both to the historical centre (the Opera and the rest) and a different tram line to the Westbahnhof. Very silent, at least my apartment, it was facing the backyard. That was also very green and with the first floor, there was no need for the AC although the days were above 30 Celsius. Equipped with everything one needs and that fits into such a mini apartment. Easy check-in and check-out, friendly communication with the hosts through messages.
My only objection is the lack of proper bolting for the entrance door from the inside. There is a bolt, but it opens on the outside with the key.

Все чистенько, свіженько. Рушники, постіль, посуд, кава, чай і навіть бутилка холодного вина в холодильнику (може попередні мешканці залишили) - все супер! Власники весь час на зв’язку і підказували все, що ми запитували. Достатньо паркінгових місць поруч, тільки треба слідкувати щоб оплачено було. Безкоштовний паркінг тільки з 20:00 (чи 22:00) до 08:00 (чи 09:00).
Готель над дорогою і шумно. Але це видно по розташуванню готелю. Жарко в номері, але є вентилятор, тому не смертельно.

In case you re motorcyclist, whach out where you park, since ours were damaged by strangers from the street. There was one set of towels.
