This quiet, bright apartment has been furnished with great care and, with its 110 m², offers plenty of space even for a large family. It is also fully equipped for long-term guests and business travelers. The large terrace provides a peaceful place to relax; you’ll hardly notice that you’re in a big city. Excellent public transportation access. The house is located on a quiet side street; it was built in the Gründerzeit era in 1870 and used to be a mother-of-pearl factory.
Garage available—please let us know in advance if you’re arriving by car. A parking space for a second car is usually available upon request.
Perfect access to public transportation. Stops for tram lines 2, 9, 43, 44, and bus 10A are approximately 50–100 meters away.
Tram line 2 is the perfect sightseeing route, as it passes through the historic center of the UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Line 2 runs from our location toward the Old Town:
Ottakringer Brewery – Brunnenmarkt – Theater in der Josefstadt – City Hall – Parliament – Volksgarten – Natural History and Art History Museums – Hofburg and Heldenplatz – Burggarten – State Opera – Musikverein – Schwarzenbergplatz - Stadtpark - MAK Museum of Applied Arts - OTTO Wagner Postsparkasse - Federal Ministry of Transport - Urania - Ruprechtskirche - Karmeliter Markt - Augarten
The U6 subway line is 9 minutes away from here, and you can take tram line 2 directly there.
Since the public transportation network is very well developed, it’s easy to get around Vienna using public transit, and many routes are better reached by tram or bus than by subway—especially if you want to explore a lot of Vienna.

From the moment we booked our stay, we knew we were in for something special, but Marion's hospitality and her exceptional apartment far exceeded our expectations!
Marion's dedication to ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect was evident from the outset. Not only did she meticulously curate lists of everything one needs to feel at home in Vienna and its charming neighborhood, but she also provided us with detailed insights into the best restaurants, attractions, and transportation. Such thoroughness and consideration are rare and truly appreciated.
What set Marion apart even more was her proactive approach in sharing timely tips and local happenings. Waking up to a message about the farmers market on a Saturday morning added a delightful local touch to our Vienna experience.
Now, the apartment - oh, what a gem! While the photos showcased a beautiful space, they genuinely didn't capture the full essence of its beauty and comfort. It was equipped with everything you need, and then some, to have a relaxed and luxurious stay. The location was ideal—centrally situated yet serene, making it a breeze to visit Vienna's major attractions.
We wholeheartedly recommend Marion's place to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Vienna. We can't express enough gratitude for her hospitality and dedication. We're already planning our return trip, and there's no doubt where we'll be staying - with Marion again!

Stayed 3 days on our first visit to Vienna. Apartment was large and clean with all facilities. Easy access to central Vienna on the No.2 tram just around the corner. Owner was efficient in responding and arranged for parking outside the apartment.
