Our villa, known as the “Skyvilla” due to its colors, features a garden and is located in Vienna’s most beautiful district. It is situated in a very quiet area surrounded by tree-lined avenues. Homesharing and housesharing (within a defined area), as well as shared use of the garden, apply here.
The stylish unit is built into a gentle slope and offers Wi-Fi and satellite TV for up to six guests. The underfloor heating provides a pleasant sense of warmth.
The garden is peaceful and filled with beautiful flowers. Comfortable garden furniture invites you to relax after a day of sightseeing or shopping in the city.
The villa is perfectly connected to the city center. Public transport takes you there without changing lines in approximately 15 minutes. The Imperial Palace and the Schönbrunn Palace can be reached without changing lines in approximately 20 minutes.

The property is in a beautiful suburban area of Vienna which was well-connected by public transport. The host is very helpful. The apartment is spacious but has a quirky layout which might not suit all groups - it was fine for our small party of 2 friends.

The Apartment is really nice, it has everything you need for a perfect vacation stay. The owner is also a wonderful person that makes his guests feel very welcome.. He went out if his way to ensure that our stay was perfect... I can definately recommend this apartment. The area is quiet and peaceful..The public transportation is close... Unfortunately the only thing I didn't like is that you cannot park for an extended period of time.. Even though there is ample parking in the area. The civil servants of Vienna will ticket you if you do not have a residential pass, I understand its 64 Euro a day fee. So being that, We ended up paying another 150 Euro for parking at a local parking garage to avoid the ticket. However it was stll worth the trip..When we go back I will definately rebook this Apartment...Thank you Viktor. and best regards...Allan, Susanne, Ella and Charlie.... ooh Don't forget Olli
