La amplitud del apartamento, la cocina muy completa y muy bien equipada, la ubicación es buena por su buena comunicación con el tranvía 2 y la parada de metro U6 cerca que conectan fácilmente con todos los puntos de interes.
Quizas los baños algo pequeños por decir algo pero en general todo bien

Stylish apartment in an incredibly pleasant neighborhood. We had to stay two extra nights due to illness and received great help from Eduardo and his wife. It was easy to get around by tram or U-Bahn. A very large apartment with two spacious bedrooms, a living room, and a separate kitchen. It was surprisingly cool—even on the hottest summer days—despite the lack of air conditioning.

La amplitud de las habitaciones, los juguetes para los niños y la localización. A pesar de no estar en el centro de Viena, está al lado de la parada del tranvía 2 que te deja cerca de cualquier cosa y pasa por el Ring. Además no es zona turística con lo que no hay ruidos y cuenta con servicios como supermercados o el Brunnen Market.
Hacía bastante calor en Viena, y el no disponer de aire acondicionado hacía que durante las noches fuera complicado conciliar el sueño a pesar de contar con ventiladores. Teníamos que abrir las ventanas de par en par pero eso metía ruido de la calle como tranvías y tampoco servía para bajar la temperatura. En otra época del año sin ola de calor se estará mejor.

Très spacieux, très proche du tram et proche métro pour visiter le centre ou rayonner avec les transports en commun. Tout ce qu'il faut. Quartier oriental animé.
Pour la chambre proche de la rue, on entend les trams et voitures qui passent le soir. Car plaque de béton donc un peu bruyant.
PS: pensez à mettre à jour sur votre fiche le tarif du parking public, 35€/jour et non 24.
