De locatie, de ruimte van het appartement en de hygiëne.
Er waren geen grote borden aanwezig. De verduistering van de ramen.

Prijs is prima voor wat je krijgt. OV tegenover appartement, supermarkt om de hoek en naast de parkeerplaats.
Geen verduistering voor de ramen. Bakplaat ontbreekt in oven en de stoelen zitten niet, geen leuning. Het is gehorig, vooral via t plafond door gestamp vd bovenburen.

Gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Die Betten sind bequem, die Sauberkeit ist in Ordnung.
Leider sehr laute Wohnung: eines der Zimmer direkt an der auch nachts befahrenen mehrspurigen Hauptstraße, man hört Nachbarn im Geschoss darüber laufen, Auto-Werkstatt im Hinterhof. Notwendige Reparaturen werden leider nicht durchgeführt (z.B. Gardinenstange und Rollo defekt, Türklinke war lose, Wasser läuft nicht richtig ab, Abfluss-Deckel im Waschbecken fehlt). Das Zimmer war zur Check-in-Zeit nicht fertig. Wir mussten noch über eine Stunde warten. Über die Verzögerung wurden wir nicht informiert.
