Spazi ampi della casa e location perfetta per muoversi comodamente con i mezzi pubblici fra il centro storico e l'area di Schonbrunn. Apprezzata la presenza della macchina del caffè, lavastoviglie e lavatrice con dotazione di detersivi e pastiglie. Comoda l'ascensore e la presenza di tavole calde, pub e supermercati nelle vicinanze.
Ci sono molti aspetti da migliorare a cominciare dalla pulizia generale, bisognerebbe fare maggiore attenzione ai dettagli e pulire meglio all'interno dei mobili. Gli accessori della cucina sono davvero essenziali, si potrebbe fare uno sforzo in più perché è davvero complicato cucinare qualcosa con la dotazione basica a disposizione. Si sente la mancanza di un forno a microonde che invece potrebbe compensare l'assenza di sufficienti stoviglie. Una pulita dalle erbacce sul terrazzo sarebbe apprezzabile.
