Urban Oasis in Neubau with Cozy Fireplace

This apartment is very clean, well-appointed, spacious and modern. The closet in the main bedroom was primo. This apartment did not look like a rental. Lots of restaurant choices in the immediate vicinity.

Location was good, but a somewhat longer walk than ideal to the metro. We were introduced to Bolt taxi service and found it to be fast, convenient and inexpensive.

Gayet temizdi, her yere ulaşım çok kolaydı. Özellikle Museum quarter 10 dk yürüme mesafesindeydi, bu bizim için mükemmeldi. Evde her şey vardı, 1,5 yaşındaki fazla hareketli çocuğumuzla çok rahat ettik, evi çocuk rahat hareket etsin diye, genişliği ve mutfağı için tercih etmiştik. Ek gıda hazırlamak çok kolay oldu. Bebek karyolası talebimiz de karşılandığı için teşekkür ederiz.

1 kat merdiven çıkmak zorundasınız ve asansör maalesef çok küçük, bebek arabası sığmadı. Yine de 1 kat olduğu için tolere edilebilir. Bebek arabası yoksa hiç bir anlamı yok bu durumun 🙂

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement idéalement situé à Vienne. Le quartier est très calme, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable après de longues journées de visites : nous avons vraiment pu bien nous reposer chaque nuit. L’appartement est parfaitement équipé, très propre et totalement conforme à nos attentes. On s’y sent immédiatement à l’aise, l’atmosphère est agréable et le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. La localisation est un vrai atout : dans la rue, il y a notamment un restaurant japonais authentique (tenu par de véritables Japonais), absolument délicieux, qui est devenu ma cantine quotidienne pendant le séjour. Je remercie sincèrement le propriétaire pour tous les efforts fournis, l’hygiène irréprochable et le grand professionnalisme dont il a fait preuve. Nous recommandons sans hésitation !

J'aurais aimé rencontrer le propriétaire pour le remercier infiniment :)
