Contactless check in. Clean and spacious.
The parking wasn’t clear and we ended up with a parking ticket. No air conditioning made our stay very uncomfortable.

Very close to the Metro Station Troststrasse and only 5-6 stops to the main central station stop of Stephenplatz. Took only about 10-15 mins.
The cleanliness of the apartment was fantastic.
The bed was comfortable and towels provided.
Enough dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid to last our short stay.
Shower fabulous!
Very fast responses to questions.
Kitchen was very basic. One big knife only. Lovely oven but no oven gloves or oven dishes to use in it! No tea towel to dry dishes. Basic equipment for very basic cooking. We ate in almost every night so struggled a bit.
The sofa bed was uncomfortable so not really an option for an adult.
Smokers in another apartment in atrium meant smoke entered the bedroom at all hours, if we had our window open, and the apartment was very warm so we found this necessary (tried to reduce heating but unsuccessful).
Only one pillow each, I would have liked a second and requested this but did not receive one so assumed not possible.
The area is a little rundown. It's probably OK. It felt fine during the day, but we were a little wary in the evenings.
Disabled access given in lift but bathroom not disabled friendly as no walk in shower only shower over a bath.

Location is very convenient, a 2-minute walk from the metro station. 4 stops away from Vienna Central Station. Three grocery stores/supermarkets within a 200 ft radius.
Plenty of natural light.
Host is responsive.
Apartment interiors were much more worn down than displayed in the pictures. It was moderately clean, but that doesn't hide the signs of wear and tear. Examples: the wooden floor had a lot of marks on them, the bunk bed shook and squeaked with the tiniest movement and had a lot of stains on the white paint, etc.
Wi-Fi was not working at all.
