The location was good and it was quite private.
Self checkin worked well after I contacted them for access code. Good safe parking available .
Breakfast was disappointing as they ran out of items and didn’t replace them. The coffee pots were empty when we arrived which was well before the breakfast closed. They also had insufficient cutlery and we had to wash items to use

The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Good shower and clean bathroom. Complimentary breakfast offered a good choice.
The communal areas were a little bit tired.

Great location.
The room felt cold and damp. Mould on skirting boards and wallpaper looked like it was pealing off. The room smelt of damp.
