The staff look after your every need and it feels like a home away from home even though it’s a hotel.
Rali is a fabulous attentive member of staff, she has great customer service, Sav is exceptional I know he only started but he could work in such places as Gleneagles or 5 star hotels around the world as he has first class quality. The reception, housekeeping staff are very helpful. The food is fantastic.
The rooms could do with a slight upgrade

The bathroom was in need of an update but it was clean and spacious.

Lovely views clean room, staff were lovely. My only complaint was, I always strip the bed and leave everything tidy. The quilt was the cheapest and most threadbare (no wonder I was cold) I’ve ever seen. I wouldn’t even use it for a dog bed Bin them and get decent ones.

The hotel was in a good location, with pretty views of the canal. Parking was good
The hotel room rate was expensive, for a fairly run down hotel. Breakfast was 10 pound for contimental. There was very little choice of fruit, and only two types of toast and terrible coffee. Yhe ironing board was just metal and had no cover. The room advertised coffee maker but thrre was only a kettle
Also no fridge in the room.
