Good location, large clean room, comfortable bed
Very noisy building work right next to our window (builders were eye level with our window), no car park so had to park car in a paid public car park, not mentioned at time of booking.

The bedding was good quality, bed very comfortable and the towels were large and fluffy. The space in the suite was great and I would definitely choose a room like this again. We didn’t have breakfast so unable to comment on that.
The only downside was the upstairs rooms were a bit noisy when other guests were walking around, especially when those above us went out very early in the morning.

We had a wonderful stay here and would happily return. The hotel was spotless throughout, and the thoughtful extra treats in our room were a lovely touch. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the location couldn’t have been better—perfect for everything we wanted to do. Highly recommended.

Location on the High St
Room and bathroom were very small. Lack of parking due to building works was inconvenient and view of a building site with people walking past the window wasn’t great. Very noisy on corridor with makeshift reception only 2 doors away, could hear every conversation. This was my 2nd time here after a great 1st time, doubt I’ll be back.
