Very nice accommodation in a traditional old English style. The breakfast was hearty and excellent. It's a bit more expensive, but the price matches the prime location.
Price could be a little bit lower.

The property's location was great, with a view to the sea
Room space was good
Has parking in the property at the back, but approach to it was through a small lane
Close to amenities but within driving distance
Lift - not available, we had to lug our suitcases upstairs
Breakfast - ok, not many vegetarian/vegan/healthy choices
Travel - getting/joining to the main road was a bit of pain, as people come tearing down on either side.
During rains, there is no shelter, so moving stuff from the car was also a pain.
Bathroom was renovated with all amenities but very small
$$$$
