Prime location rooms in high street

Good budget accommodation in central Fort William. Half the price of other neighbouring hotels. I have stayed a couple of times now. It's well situated for the Camusnagaul ferry too if you are starting the Cape Wrath Trail, you catch it right across the road. The manager is very friendly and was happy to answer any questions I had.

Some things are a little dated and worn but not too bad. Everything is working, the shower is decent and the bed is very comfortable. It could do with a fresh lick of paint and small repairs, but I would still stay again.

Great value for money! Hard to find decent rooms in the Highlands at this price. Room had a kettle and some basic coffee/ tea things which weren't in the listing. Bathroom is shared with one other room, and was very clean. There is long stay parking about 5 minutes walk, and plenty of breakfast options on the High Street.

Pillows were so thin we used our clothing to bulk them up. There was a poster advertising their own café, but no special offer for their guests. The room was quiet until the pubs closed. (We were unlucky, a large group decided to chat loudly under our window for a long time,but that's not the accommodation's fault.

Im not sure i really liked anything other than just the location.

I didn't like how it smelled. it even stuck to my clothes. The kettle was dirty, and there's no way to wash it. There's so much sound whenever someone walks or goes to the bathroom. The location is good, but the building is so sketchy, the room was so tiny for the price I paid. I was actually terrified at night all by myself, but thank God I made it out alive. I was literally contemplating the first night to get a different place to stay.
