Bad, find another place & pay a bit more.

The "lovely flat" is actually located on the third or fourth floor of a run-down building off a busy highway. The entry door opens onto a dirty stairwell, covered in dirt & grime & paint chips. Thought I was walking into a crack-house. Could not access emails while abroad & thus did not receive access info and other facilities info. Called the property managers & explained the situation. Responses were very rude, gave me the door code but said that was the basics & the email provided much more essential info that I'd need for the flat. Shared hallway with three other rooms/flats (one is private). Noisy.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

There is no double glazing and as it is on the high street you could hear every little noise, which kept us awake most of the night. When you enter the building it feels like you are entering a seedy little backstreet block. It also has the feeling in the flat and the whole building of not being looked after, needing alot of repairs.

The stairway up to the rooms is decidedly grotty. Communication is "automated". If you ask a question it gets ignored. Information provided is obviously on a timer.

Spacious, well-located rooms with good showers, but shared bathroom.

The room was large and spacious, situated in a fantastic location right in the middle of town. Check-in and check-out information was clear and easy to follow. The bathroom was large, and the shower had good water pressure. Great recommendations provided for local area. Parking within walking distance and reasonable price.

On the downside, there is only one shared bathroom for four rooms, which meant waiting for the bathroom a few times - just something to be aware of. While the beds were comfortable, the sheets felt grainy and not very comfortable.

location was great parking nearby in a carpark which was free from 6pm

check-in instructions were very confusing, struggled finding the entrance to building & codes required to get in despite them being messaged to us constantly smelled in bathroom & hallway of B.O and feet pillows were very poor noise from outside wasn't great but not terrible - bring earplugs to be safe wifi was pretty poor bathroom needed a fresh bathmat 2x per day and hand towels

Location, price was adequate, bathroom with shower was good.

Very noisy (not from outside but inside - you could hear your neighbours, very thin walls, my room was next to the shared bathroom). It was hard to get some decent sleep!!! Bed was small and uncomfortable. No TV at all! And Internet was very very BAD! Pretty much no Internet or TV.

The location is good and the train and bus stations are close. The bed was pretty comfortable, and the shower was working well, which is not always the case. It was also decently clean.

Very bad value for money. The room was very small and the walls were thin. Additionally, the number of rooms per bathroom was atrocious. One night, I had to wait 2 hours to use the bathroom, as everybody, of course, wanted to shower in the evening. The entrance to the flat is also very confusing, not signed correctly and not explained well in the ad. In one review, I read somebody mention that the entrance is in the back alley, and the owner tried to argue with that; the entrance absolutely is in the back alley. I asked somebody working in the restaurant next door for help finding the place, and even he had no idea where it was.

Such potential for an amazing location

The location is amazing. It’s a bit hard to find, so just make sure you really read the hosts message before you go.

The hot water didn’t work. I messaged the host and he said he was going to fix it, then he said soon. I asked him an hour later to message me if it was done so I could shower and I never got a response. The bathroom sink didn’t drain properly and it was not very clean. I really wanted to like this place, for the price and location, but I would hesitate to stay again.

Location good, and the pubs were very close by. The pub noise didn't bother me as I was so tired from climbing Ben Nevis I fell asleep anyway.

No TV, or towels. Very basic room with creaking floorboards. Had to share toilet and shower room (as stated in T&C) however not good value for £100 / night.

Location was great, room included all facilities/amenities expected.

It was pricey for what we got, but most places in the area seem to be. We didn't require much, just a place to stay for the night, so we were pleased to have found prime location rooms. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean

I've paid this price and gotten an en suite. This place had a shared bathroom. It didn't bother me much, although a sink in the room would've been handy. Regardless, our demands weren't too high, we just needed somewhere to stay so we were content.

That this place is a scam, the address given and the picture provided are not of the same location. It was a pub who had no knowledge of this accommodation. I had to book an Airbnb because I never found these supposed rooms.

The worst room I stayed in. Poor maintanance, broken wc-chair, mouldy bathroom, noisy rooms with no wifi and unclean carpets. It gave an unsafe and dirty feeling.
