Good location, rooms very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Toilets were immaculate in lobby area. Food very good

Not so much didn’t like but the layout was strange where you had to walk through restaurant to get to rooms whilst people were eating

ery hospitable hosts that provided tea to resusitate us on arrival after long cycle ride on the Caledonian way. Provided charging and secure lock up for the bikes. Very comfortable spacious room. top notch all round hospitality as we remember from our childhoods when visiting Scotland.

Theres no atmosphere or hospitality has a cold clinical feel to the place. In the bar area sparse and un inviting. Breakfast is not the best quality produce for the cost. The Continental food is set up in an alcove which get crowded which results in banging into other guests and the tables are too close together to be able to pass through. There was scaffolding up outside the hotel and works being completed from early morning until late, this was not advised but we were notified after booking.
