Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Large comfortable room.
The exterior was rather run down and the interior was tired.

The room was attractive and well laid out. Biscuits with the tea making facilities were much appreciated. Room was lovely and warm and welcoming.
Two chairs instead of only 1 for the 2 of us would have been better.

It was cheap for what it offered - big rooms, spa facilities, close to town
The buildings are in DIRE need of refurbishment as of March 2026. I assume it’s underway. Literally ceilings and walls falling apart (in communal areas only - rooms were fine)

Location / pool/ good sized room
No lift (unfortunately both of us had leg problems), no hot water to wash with despite boiler supposed to have been repaired. Heater in room inadequate for two very cold nights- 3rd night was warmer.
Food was tasty but on second night, I was still eating my starter when they came with main course so hence felt rushed. Decided not to eat at hotel for 3rd day.
Should I be looking forward to my next hotel so I can get washed properly?
