Wonderful stay, highly reconnended

We had a truly wonderful stay at Guisachan Guesthouse. From the moment we arrived, the hosts were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The guesthouse is in a great location with plenty of car parking, and our bedroom was warm, spotless, and very comfortable. The highlight of our visit was without doubt the AMAZING buffet-style breakfast. There was an incredible variety of options to suit every dietary need, and we especially appreciated the generous use of local produce—from cheeses and charcuterie to meats and more. It was a real treat to start the day with such quality and abundance. We are already looking forward to returning on future trips to Scotland, as this guesthouse truly stands out for its hospitality and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

If we had to mention one small drawback, it would be that the TV in the room was on the smaller side, which made reading the guides from bed a little tricky for those of us of more advanced age. That said, we didn’t come to Scotland to watch TV, and it hardly detracted from the overall excellence of our stay.

Really friendly people, superb location with great views. The whole guest house is gorgeous with both indoor and out door seating if weather permits. My room was really comfy, bed was great and ensuite lovely. Really good breakfast with lots of choice. Very informative about the surrounding area, even gave me the postcode for a really good cafe that sell the best cheese scones that was situated on my onward route.

That I could only spend 1 night there because I'm on a tight schedule!

Amazing stay

The owners were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. The view was the room was incredible! Breakfast consisted of a great selection and the cooked breakfast was very tasty!

A really nice property located in a great position

Not that it was a big deal, but the pillows were well past their use by date and the bathroom ventilation was broken and didn’t have a window so it was unpleasant to be in there

Fantastic - even the weather

Beautiful view from my bedroom window. Bed was very comfy. Lots of choice for breakfast - all ready, no waiting. Staff were very friendly and helpful

It was short but looking forward to using it again

Lovely place to stay. I just wish I could have spent more time there. As I was working i left before breakfast but was offered option as advertised. Pleasant lounge area and outside area to relax. Owners were great and couldnt help enough.

A very comfortable room, which was clean and had a good bathroom. The breakfast was excellent. Off-street parking was available, although a little tight, as they had a full house.

Kameralny pensjonat , blisko centrum , rodzinna atmosfera , perfekcyjna czystość obiektu , pokoju , łazienki . Wygodne materace. Wolny czas w obiekcie można spędzić w salonie pełnym gier planszowych, można zagrać w szachy, dostępny bar, duży wybór książek, no i piękny widok przez okno tarasowe. Pokoje wyposażone jak w 5 gwiazdkowym hotelu. Śniadania fantastyczne w formie ciepłego i zimnego bufetu, każdy coś dla siebie znajdzie- i na słono i na słodko. Bardzo duży wybór potraw. No i nie mogę zapomnieć o bardzo sympatycznym, uprzejmym, pomocnym personelu. Wspaniali ludzie, czuć w powietrzu wspaniałą , życzliwą atmosferę , na każdym kroku widać, że uwielbiają to co robią , dbają o każdy szczegół z pasją , żeby było gościnnie i rodzinnie. Komfort pobytu dla gościa na 100 procent. Fantastycznie spędzony czas. Dziękujemy ❤️

personnel adorable et vue fantastique pour un hotel qui mériterait un petit rajeunissement.

Lits confortables, gentillesse de tout le personnel, petit déjeuner copieux frais et délicieux, la vue depuis la salle de petit déjeuner est magnifique.

Les chambres sont un petit peu vieillottes ainsi que le hall d'entrée... L'hotel gagnerait à être un peu plus moderne ou plus typiquement écossais. Par rapport au prix des chambres on s'attend à quelque chose d'un peu plus luxueux ou moderne.

Honestly very quaint, location was perfect! Staff couldn’t have been nicer! Sounds silly but the water pressure was amazing!!! Best shower in Scotland!!! Breakfast was fantastic and big!
