Pinnacle of Comfort

Out of the 7 places we stayed in Scotland thus was by far the best. Buccleuch Guest House is superb. Each and every detail has been carefully considered and realised and the accommodation is the pinnacle of comfort. Lorna and her husband Stuart have done and continue to do a wonderful job. Darling, clean, charming BnB!

Great location - easy to walk into town. Darling BnB. Lorna, our host, was such a welcoming and sweet person. She made us feel right at home immediately.

Really didn’t have any complaint. Maybe, if I’m trying to find something, next time the rooms get redone, opt for a shower instead of tub? But great place. We loved it.

Lorna is an exceptional host, always cheerful and ready to help and with a keen eye for the seemingly little details that make all the difference. Her house is beautiful and charming and our room was spacious and comfortable and had a great view of the loch.

Old world but modern amenities beautiful lake views and beautiful breakfast room with delicious breakfast and lovely hos

It was a beautiful old building we had the front room overlooking the lake with lovely old period furniture and huge bay window with a modern bathroom. Breakfast was provided in the gorgeous breakfast room overlooking the lake Lorna cooked up a delicious full breakfast with fresh ingredients and was a lovely friendly host. We could walk to town to eat and go on the Jacobite Steam Train we didn’t need the car while we stayed there. We would recommend this property for your stay in Fort William
