The loveliest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The hosts Trevor and Catriona are so welcoming, attentive and hospitable. Beautiful building and room, lovely view of the mountains. Delicious cooked breakfast. No better place to stay in Fort William! We’d definitely love to come back.

What a wonderfully warm welcome I received for my stay here. The proprietors couldn't be more lovely. This was very last minute having booked it on the way up to FW! I'm so glad I chose to stay here. The bed was incredibly comfortable; the room and bathroom were really warm and cosy. The experience felt sumptuous with gorgeous toiletries too. This was a great start to my holiday in FW. Breakfast was fabulous with a great selection of hot and cold options. You cannot fail to be impressed by the location, staff and the comfort and cleanliness.
This is not a dislike - The lighting was a little low, so to do my make up/hair each day I had to move the mirror to the windowsill as the lighting was just not adequate enough. Obviously you have the bathroom mirror (turn this on on the side edge), but I wanted to sit down at the dressing table. That would be my only issue: is it a major problem? No.
